Rumors of a student being cursed in Hogsmeade began circulating the next morning as Lucy entered the Great Hall. Between her argument with Draco, and the excitement of the first quidditch match of the season, Lucy was overwhelmed.

"Lucy darling!" Theo exclaimed in full Quidditch uniform as he beamed up at her, admiring the Slytherin jersey she was borrowing from him. "You look absolutely beautiful wearing my jersey,"

"Not so sure about that one, but thank you Theo," she sighed as she sat down across from him. Lucy wore his emerald green jersey with the number two and Nott plastered on the back. Underneath it she wore a long sleeve top to provide extra warmth.

"True, maybe, it would be even better if you were naked-"

" Theodore!" scolded Arielle who was also wearing her Quidditch uniform. "Stop flirting!"

Lucy smiled meekly at her and began to pour herself a glass of pumpkin juice.

"Good morning babe!" Blaise greeted Arielle, as he sat down beside her. "How ya feeling?"

"Fucking terrified," she admitted. Lucy gently placed a hand on her shoulder before forcing her to eat a piece of buttered toast.

Arielle nibbled upon it quietly, as Lucy took in the chaotic scene before her in the Great Hall. The room was a sea of garnet and green that buzzed with excitement. Hufflepuffs were all adorning red, however, about half of Ravenclaw was supporting Slytherin, much to her surprise.

"Morning,"

Lucy glanced over to see Draco as he sat down beside her. His eyes look strained and tired as if he had not slept. Guilt struck her as she remembered the argument they had just the other day.

"Good morning," she replied softly, passing the pumpkin juice his way. He poured a glass of the orange liquid before piling some bacon on his plate.

Suddenly, Bletchley, the Slytherin Keeper, hurried over to Theo across the table and urgently spoke to him under his breath. Theo's eyes widened and the corners of his mouth formed a mean smirk.

"Katie Bell for Gryffindor was cursed yesterday in Hogsmeade," he announced. "Gryffindor is down one of their Chasers,"

"Cursed?" repeated Lucy with wide eyes. "How is that even possible? Filch has this place bloody locked up!"

"Not Hogsmeade though," Blaise suggested with a mouthful of sausage. Lucy swore she felt Draco stiffen in his seat next to her.

"Dunno, Bletchley said that she had some package that she opened, and it cursed her," Theo retorted.

Lucy's heart rate picked up as she remembered the odd behavior of the Gryffindor girl in the loo while at the Three Broomsticks.

"Regardless, this is good news for us. Bell was a strong Chaser. With her out, we have a better chance of kicking their bloody arses,"
