Chapter 3: Which Twin is Which

"Hey Haruhi-" you were then cut off by the twins.

"(Y/N), before you leave; we wanna play a game with you," they both say once again in sync.

"What game?" you ask questioningly. The two boys smile at each other.

"Oh boy," Haruhi mumbles, catching your attention.

"What do you mean, oh boy?" You ask nervously.

"The which one is Hikaru game," they both blurted out.

"The what game?" You ask, taking a step back.

"The which one is Hikaru game," Haruhi mumbles, a bit annoyed.

"It's simple..." one twin says, "...just guess which of us is Hikaru," the other finished.

"Uhh, ok you're Hikaru," you say pointing to the one on the left. It was was a complete guess.

"Nope, you chose wrong," they both said, sounding a bit upset.

"Oh, I'm sorry; please don't be sad," you say putting your head down in shame.

"It's ok, lots of people get it wrong," Haruhi says, trying to comfort you.

"Yeah, it's fine (Y/N), you're not the first..." one twin says with a smile, "...and we like you (Y/N), so we forgive you," the other twin says, and they both wrap an arm around you. You slightly blush and smile.

"Thanks guys, I guess you aren't so bad," you say as you join in on the group hug

The bell finally rings and you and Haruhi finish cleaning. You both head to your next class.

"Hey (Y/N), Haruhi, wait up!" Two familiar voices say behind you. Hikaru and Kaoru catch up to you and you all walk together to class.

~time skip to the end of the day~

"See you tomorrow Haruhi," you say waving.

"Bye (Y/N)," Haruhi replies. You and Haruhi are becoming best friends once again, and you're even making some new friends. You smile thinking about the twins and the Host Club.

"I'm hungry~," you groan when you get home. You rub your stomach while walking to the fridge.

"Hmm what to eat, what do you want stomach," you ask, talking to yourself and your stomach. Your stomach makes a weird noise and you decide to eat some ramen. You finish cooking the ramen and your about to eat it, when there is a knock on your door.

"Ugh, coming," you groan.

You get to the door and see Haruhi with the twins.

"Hey (Y/N)," they all say at the same time.

"Uhh, hi? What are you guys doing here?" You ask slightly confused.

"Well, I was just coming to drop off your noebook that you forgot at school, and these two wanted to come along," Haruhi says with a sigh.

"Oh ok, come in," you say.

"Oooh ramen, can I have some?" the twins ask.

"Um- sure," you agree.

"Do you want any Haruhi?" You ask, walking to the kitchen.

"Sure, thanks." Haruhi says while observing your apartment. You start cooking the ramen when one of the twins walk into the kitchen.

"Hey (Y/N), you need any help?" The twin asks.

"Yeah, can you get some bowls out," you ask and point to a cabinet.

"Sure."

"Which twin are you?" You ask a bit upset that you still cannot tell them apart.

"Kaoru," the twin replied, aggravation seeping into his tone. He sets the bowls down beside yout neatly.

It angers you that you do not see the difference in their appearances, but you was determined to tell them apart one day.
