My Beautiful Flower (Kaoru x Reader)

Chapter 12: The Storm

You watched the dark clouds form from the hotel lobby and you couldn't help, but feel worried about Haruhi. You see Haruhi helping some girls outside, which makes you worry more.

"Haruhi you should stay inside now," you say.

"(Y/N) you don't have to worry so much, I'll be fine." All of a sudden a girl's towel flies away and Haruhi chases after it, "Haruhi! Get back here!" you yell.

"It won't take long," she replies running after the towel. You sigh and watch Haruhi try to catch the towel.

~Time Skip~
"Where is Haruhi!" you exclaim pacing back and forth.

"(Y/N) calm down," a twin says.

"I can't Haruhi is my best friend and you know how she gets around storms."

"She'll be fine."

"No I'm going to go find her," you say walking out the door, the hosts calling for you to come back.

"Haruhi!" you yell looking around, the wind getting stronger.

BOOOM!

You hear a yelp and run towards it to find one of the girls, "What are you doing here? Get back to the hotel," you demand.

"No I'm going to find Haruhi, you wench!" she yells.

"Your the girl who sent me that letter, but that doesn't matter go back to the hotel."

"No I'm going to find Haruhi and then he'll love me."

'This girl is insane' "Please just go back with the others."

"No you just want Haruhi to yourself!" she says, pushing you, making you fall, "Ow!" you exclaim. She kicked you in the gut and  runs away. You clench your teeth from the pain and it starts to rain.

"Haruhi! Where are you!" you yell, limping around. The rain started getting stronger and you were getting very tired. "Haruhi!"

BOOOOOM!!

You hear another scream, but this one was different from the other girl. You made your way where the scream came from and saw Haruhi bundled up in the towel she was chasing. "Haruhi!" you yell, weakly. You wrap your arms around Haruhi and try to calm her down. No luck. You remembered back in middle school you'd sing to Haruhi to calm her down, so that's what you did.

When tomorrow comes I'll be on my own

Feeling frightened up the things that I don't know

When tomorrow comes, tomorrow comes, tomorrow comes

And though the road is long I look up to the sky

In the dark I found, I stop and I won't fly

I got all I need when I got you and I

I look around me and see a sweet life

I'm stuck in the daek, but you're my flashlight

You're gettin' me, gettin' me through the night

Haruhi immediately hugs you and stops crying, "Thank you," she whispers.

"Ok come on we have to go now before the storm gets worse," you say trying to get up.

"Are you ok?" Haruhi asks helping you up.

"Yeah I'm fine."

Haruhi helps you up and you both start walking towards the hotel.

BOOOOOOM!!

Haruhi flinches at the thunder and you hold her closer to calm her down and you start to sing again. You start feeling light headed and fall to the ground, "(Y/N)!" Your vision is blurry and you black out.

~Time Skip~
You wake up laying down in a room. You look around and see one of the twins there, sleeping in a chair next to the bed. You smile and he wakes up.

"(Y/N)! Are you alright?" he asks worriedly.

You chuckle, "Yeah I'm fine, what happened?"

"Well when you left, I got worried about you, so I went to find you," he says, averting his eyes and blushing.

You smile and say, "You're Kaoru."

"Huh?" he asks with wide eyes.

"You are Kaoru," you answer. Then you both hear someone yell, "Woah she guessed he was Kaoru!"

"Boss, shush!" someone else yells. Kaoru opens the door and you see Hikaru, Tamaki, and Haruhi.

"Hey (Y/N) feeling better," Haruhi asks sheepishly.

"Seriously Haru," you say laughing.

"I really was gonna check on you, but then we saw you with Kaoru and you know..." she says trailing off.

"How long was I asleep?" you ask.

"About 40 minutes," Haruhi answers.

"Wow Kaoru stayed with me that long' You stare at Kaoru and he was staring back then you turn your head to Hikaru and see him smirking. You give him a "what" face and he shakes his head.

"We should let you rest," Haruhi says.

"Nah I've rested long enough," you say standing up. You walk to the door Haruhi walking beside you. You go down to the lobby where the rest of the Host Club is, "(Y/N) did that twin do anything to you?" Tamaki asks sprinting to your side.

"No senpai, I'm fine."

"He did help you so I'll let it slide," he says, "wait did you call me 'senpai'?" he asks excitingly. You chuckle and nodded which causes him to hug you and spin you around, "Don't get too carried away Tamaki," you say emphasizing his name.

"It's very good you're better, (Y/N)," Kyoya says.

"Wow I never thought I'd hear Kyoya say that," Haruhi says.

"Well if she was injured the Host Club would have to pay for it," he adds, ruining the moment.

"There's the Kyoya we all know," Haruhi says.

~Time Skip~
You were walking to your room, when a girl was standing in the hallway, staring at you. "Are you alright?" you ask.

"I hate you!" the girl yells, pushing you, "stay away from all of them and this time I mean it!" The girl stomps away, leaving you shocked. You go to your room and lay on your bed, you had a long day and you needed some rest.
