Chapter 14: The Incident

"Hey sweetie why don't you come and take a drive with us."

"No thanks."

They get out of their car and walk towards you, you take a step back. Your back is against the door and you get more nervous with every step they take. You try running away, but one of the guys grabs your arm and pins you against a wall. The other guy grabs your other wrist and pins it above your head, the other guy doing the same.

They were standing on the sides of you, so you couldn't kick them, you were completely helpless.

"I'll ask again, why don't you come over and get in the car," the guy snarls.

"Let me go," you demand, trying to get out of their grasp.

"C'mon it'll be fun." Their grip around your wrist tighten making you yelp, "She's completely helpless," they chuckle.

You close your eyes in defeat. You hear a car stop and a door opens. You slowly open your eyes and see a person standing there, it walks towards you and mumbles.

"What do you think you're doing."

"Hey buddy we saw her first so get lost," the man yells back.

"Let her go," he demands.

"Why don't you just go back in your limo and drive home to your mom." 'What a lame thing to say' you think. This time the figure ran up to the man and punched him in the face, making him fall to the ground. 'Well that escalated quickly." You break free of their grasp and kick the other man in the gut. 'Girl power!'

"We won't lose to some kids," they yell, getting back up.

You grab the man's arm and flip him, he gets back up, you kick him in the face, he gets back up 'What is with this guy' you punch him and this time he falls, unconscious. The figure punches the other man towards you and you kick him back towards the figure. He gives him a final punch and both of the men are knocked out on the ground.

"We...we did it," you cheer while lightly panting. You fall on your knees and the figure bends down and you can see him clearly know.

"Are you ok, (Y/N)?" he asks.

"Yeah I'm fine. I didn't know you had that in you, Kaoru."

He chuckles. "So when we were playing the which one is Hikaru game, that wasn't just a lucky guess."

"Oh come on have some faith in me." You both laugh and sit on the ground.

"Oh yeah here," Kaoru says, handing you something. You look down and see your phone, "you left it in the limo."

"(Y/N) are you ok?" a voice yells. You turn your head and see someone running towards you.

"Oh Jeno, yeah I'm fine."

"Good. I saw you two beat those guys up, it was awesome. And don't worry I already called the police, so they'll be here any minute," he says, helping you up.

"Thanks Jeno. Oh and of course thank you, Kaoru."

"Yeah that was so cool," Jeno cheers.

Kaoru chuckles sheepishly. "Well when I saw those guys messing with (Y/N), I just had to help her."

"Well thanks again," you say, waving.

Kaoru's POV
(Y/N) walks into her apartment and leaves me with Jeno.

"Hey Jeno you love (Y/N), right," I ask bluntly.

He blushes. "I-I did."

"Come on it's pretty obvious you still do."

"Well yeah. I was so happy when I got to see (Y/N) again."

"I see. Well see you later." I weakly wave and get into the limo.

Normal POV
'Jeno and Kaoru, talking? Wonder what about' you think as you eat you get ready for bed. You check the time once more, 9:30 pm.

*yawn*

~Morning~
Your alarm clock starts beeping annoyingly, you stretch your arm out and hit your alarm clock. '7:15' You groggily get put of bed and stomp over to your closet and put on that horrible yellow dress. 'Ugh Monday' You walk over to your kitchen and pull out a box of (favorite cereal) and pour it into a bowl. Once you finish, you place your bowl into the sink and check the time, '7:42.' You grab your school bag and head out. You see Haruhi walking in front of you and run to catch up to her.

"Hey Haru."

"Hey (Y/N) are you alright?"

"Huh you heard?"

"Yeah Kaoru told the whole Host Club."

You sweat dropped when the thought of Tamaki passed through your mind. You both walked in the giant school and heard someone running towards you.

"(Y/N)!!!"

You turn around and see a blonde maniac running towards you. Your eye twitches and you take a step back. The blonde prince picks you up and swings you around.

"What did those disgusting men do to you?!"

"Nothing, I'm fine senpai."

He puts you down and looks at Haruhi. "Were you there Haruhi. Are you hurt."

"No senpai. You're bringing attention."

Tamaki swings around. "Everyone please return to your usual activity."

Haruhi and you sweat drop.

"Hey boss keep it down." Kaoru says.

"We could here you a mile away." Hikaru adds.

"Is it wrong to check up on my two dearest princesses."

"Just go back to your class," you beg.

Tamaki looks at you with sad eyes and runs back to his class. You all sigh and walk to your own classes.

"Is Tamaki always like this?" you ask.

They all nod. You all arrive to class and take your seats.

~Boring Class~
You watch the clock. 'Just a few more minutes.' The bell rings and everyone hurries out.

"Lunch!" someone yells.

You go to your locker and grab your lunch. You meet Haruhi in the lunchroom.

"Hey Haruh-" you freeze when you see more people then Haruhi at the lunch table.

"HI (Y/N)-chan!" Honey exclaims.

"We thought we should join you and Haruhi at lunch," Tamaki says.

You sit by Haruhi. "Why?" you whisper to her.

"They're worried about you," she whispers back.

~A long energetic lunch later~
"Are you gonna come by the Host club later?" Tamaki asks.

"No I'm gonna go home and study for exams," you answer.

"Oh ok," he says glumly.

You leave school and walk home. You sigh and sit on your couch.

"I've had enough Host Club for today."
