Chapter 20: Remember

"(Y/N)!" everyone exclaimed.

"Th-That's my name...b-but could you guys please get off of me," you said, gasping for air.

Everyone nodded and instantly jumped back. They all stared at you with creepish smiles. You smiled, nervously, back.

Haruhi sat by your bed, "How do you feel?"

"I feel...okay, but where am I?" you replied staring blankly ahead. You peered around the room taking in everyone's familiar faces.

Haruhi hesitated, "You're in the hospital. There was an...accident and you were...uh...asleep for a while. Four weeks to be exact."

"Oh, is that so," you said trying to process everything she told you. You looked up then leaned closer to Haruhi, "Haru," you pointed at Tamaki, "can you tell him to stop smiling at me like that."

Haruhi looked behind her, "Tamaki?" You nodded. "Senpai, knock it off. You're creeping her out." Haruhi hit his shoulder lightly.

"Me? Creepy?" Tamaki said with an overly shocked expression on his face.

"You say that like it's the first time anyone's called you that," the twins said bluntly.

"I'll have you know no one has called me creepy," Tamaki stated proudly. "I bet you're accustomed to hearing that term."

"At least we're not a per~vert," they added matter-of-factly.

Tamaki turned dramatically and inhaled, "You shady twins!" He continued by chasing them around the room, using whatever he could to throw at them.

Then suddenly the door swung open, revealing the same doctor who's had to deal with them the whole four weeks. He looked irritated. He glared at the three idiots, childishly smacking each other. He hit all of them in the head once earning a whine from them. His cold face quickly turned into a smile as he walked over to you, "(Y/N), good to see you. How are you feeling? Any dizziness?"

You shook your head, "I feel okay."

"Are you sure Princess?" Tamaki said with an exaggerated worried tone. Haruhi nudged him with her elbow. "Let the doctor do his job," she mumbled.

You smiled reassuringly at the blonde. "How's your memory? Do you recognize them? Do you know who you are?" The doctor continued.

You looked at the doctor, "I'm (Y/N) (L/N)," then you looked at everyone's face, "I know I know them, but I can't recall any memory of them," you bit your lip, trying to search for any conversations or activities done with them, "Aside from Haruhi, I don't remember anyone here but I know that I know them." You started getting frustrated not being able to remember them.

The doctor told you to calm down and that it's only natural to loose some memory, "You'll get better in no time. I'm going to give you some time to rest," he turned towards the host club, specifically Tamaki and the twins, "Please don't disturb the patient too much." The three of them nodded and when the doctor left they sprinted towards you.

Before anyone could say anything, Honey plopped down on the side of your bed, "(Y/N)-chan do you remember me?"

You stared at the small moe boy that sat in front of you. You remembered his voice but everything else was all a blur. What was his name again..., "H-H-H...." Everyone sighed but smiled when you frowned at them.

Honey shook his head, "It's okay, (Y/N)-chan."

You looked at everyone, they were all staring simpathically down at you. You felt overwhelmed, "I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry." You covered your face with your hands.

Haruhi placed her hand on top of yours, "(Y/N), it's okay. Don't force yourself to remember. Just take your time," she said in a soft voice.

You looked at everyone's face once again, "You're Mori-senpai, correct?"

"EEEHHHHH!? You remember Mori-senpai but not your own papa?" Tamaki said crawling into a corner.

"Papa? Is-is he serious?" you said with a shaky tone. Haruhi patted your head and told you not to worry because he's an idiot (Poor Tamaki XD). You smiled sheepishly at her.

"Hikaru, Kaoru you guys are surprisingly quiet," Haruhi said, turning to face them.

The twins looked at Haruhi then at you then back to Haruhi, "Sorry a (Haruhi and your ship name) moment was taking place and we didn't want to interrupt it," the older twin stated, a grin plastered on both of their faces.

Haruhi sweat dropped. "(ship name), what does that mean?" you kept thinking about it, saying it over again and again, until your face grew beet red, "Huh? Where did you get that idea? W-We're just friends." You grew flustered while the twins watched you in amusement.

They stood on both sides of you bed, "You're so cute when you get flustered," they said, putting their arms around you.

Kaoru's POV
Damn it (Y/N)'s too cute. Keep your cool, Kaoru.

Then without thinking...

I poked her cheek. She turned her head, her big (E/C) eyes staring into my amber ones. We continued staring for a few more seconds, "Ah, sorry. I wasn't thinking," I said, averting my gaze.

A small smile grew on her face, "No, it's fine," she said, waving her hand in the air. Hikaru and Haruhi smirked at this sudden action while Kyoya jotted something down in that little black book of his.

Second Person POV
An awkward silence flooded the room. "The doctor has requested that everyone must let the patient rest. So please leave," a nurse said, entering the room with a smile on her face.

Everyone, meaning Tamaki and the twins, groaned in response. They made their way to the door, saying that they'd be back tomorrow. You nodded and waved as they left. Then you dozed off.

You woke up to a knocking at your door. You yawned and looked at the clock, that hung on the bland wall, 6:48 am. Ehh? Too early!

You stretched your arms and said, "Come in," but it wasn't who you expected. It was someone who you didn't recognize at all.

They walked over to your bedside and smiled, "Good morning, (Y/N). You may not remember me but I'm Hiro."
