Chapter 15

Naruto's POV

"Mr. Namikaze, I'm glad that you agreed to make a deal with us." The familiar man who came to pursue me grabs my hand and shakes it as a gesture. I tell him,"I'm glad that you considered me to be a model for your company."

The man says,"Let me take you to our CEO." I nod and start to follow him. This building isn't big like the building of Uchiha industry. But I can't call this building that much small either. Just like a uprising company should be.

We took the elevator and reach the certain floor. The man says leading me,"This way." The man takes me to the office of the CEO. The man knocks on the door and hears the CEO's voice right after that.

The man opens the door and goes inside. I follow him and see a man seated on his chair. Seeing us the man gets up from his seat and smiles immediately. The CEO has a bowl cut hair and bushy eyebrows with big round eyes. He doesn't even look that much intimidating.

"I'm glad that you are here Mr. Namikaze. Please have a seat." The man says. He says,"Ohh, I'm Rock Lee. The CEO of this small company." He extends his hand and I quickly grab it.

He says,"I watch your team playing whenever I get any chance. You caught my eyes immediately Mr. Namikaze. You have a face of a model." I tell him being a little flattered,"I appreciate that you saw some potential in me."

He says,"Then we should get into the business. This company needs a brand ambassador. Would you like to be one?" I speak,"This is going to be a great opportunity for me." Lee says,"You know, this is a clothing brand. My mom is the owner of ****. This is just a new brand I started. You are going to be the face of our company if you sign up for us."

He pushes the contract paper in front of me. I take a look at the paper and read the whole thing. Being a new face and a rookie, this is great opportunity for me and I have Sasuke Uchiha behind me. I can't go down that easily.

I took the pen and sign the contract paper right away. He says,"So, we are going to start a nice journey from now one Mr. Namikaze. Let me use your face to gain popularity for our new brand." I nod and tell him,"Yes, let's work together from now on."

I told my old coach about the contract I just signed. He was happy and so was I. Maybe he'll become really disappointed when he will get to know about the deal between me and Sasuke Uchiha. Maybe he won't agree to see my face after that. It'll going to be heartbreaking. But who's going to tell him about it? I'm going to take it to my grave.

I make my way to the apartment. I wanted to talk to Sasuke Uchiha about the deal. I feel really secure when he agrees with me and tells me that the thing I'm going to do is alright. I press the key card and the door opens immediately.

But I didn't think that I'll be welcomed with a small crowd. I keep standing there in the doorway not knowing if I should go in or not but soon Sasuke Uchiha catches my eyes. He's holding his fiance's hand with a smile on his face doesn't reach his eyes and his other hand holding a glass of wine. Is this a party?

His eyes fall upon me. Ino notices me. Sasuke lets go of Ino's hand and I see him making his way toward me. I become stiff immediately. Why am I even feeling nervous all of a sudden?

"Who is this guy?" I hear another voice. Sasuke replies with his cold look,"Not someone important." I feel my stomach churning all of a sudden. I feel like an intruder.

Sasuke says to me,"You could have called before coming in." I tell him,"But you usually don't come home at this time Mr. Uchiha and how would I know that you have guests invited here?" Sasuke says looking annoyed all of s sudden,"Then leave now. Stay somewhere for tonight."

He pushes his hand into his pocket and takes his wallet out. He takes his credit card from it and says handing it to me,"Go and stay somewhere else." I feel really insulted and disappointed. I push the card to his chest and tell him,"I don't need it."

Saying that, I leave. He surely treated me like a begger. Maybe I'm selling my body to him or whatever the heck people can think but this isn't the right way to treat someone. I'm sure the guests who were standing there have seen him doing it to me and maybe they have assumed it wrongly. I felt like a piece of shit.

I dialed the number of the only person I can think of now. Sai is the only person I can rely on at this point. He receives the phone call almost immediately. I hear his overly excited voice,"Naruto! It's surprising for me to receive your call."

I tell him,"Can I come to your house and stay there? I need a place to sleep for the night." Sai says,"Of course! Have you had dinner? Or should I cook something for you before you come?" I tell him,"No need. I'm coming."I cut the call and take a taxi. Sai is surely a kind person.

Sai opens the door of his apartment immediately right after I pressed the calling bell. He says cheerfully,"Are we going to have a sleepover?" I tell him rolling my eyes,"I just need your apartment to sleep for a night. No need to squeal like this."

Sai shows me the spear room. I ask him,"Do you have something comfortable for me to wear at night?" He says,"Yeah, go and I'll arrange something for you." I took a shower and see a bunch of clothes kept on the bed tidily. I put on them quickly and get out of the room trying to find Sai.

I see him standing at the balcony having a smoke. I go near him and feeling my presence he turns around. I ask him,"Aren't you going to sleep?" He says,"Yeah, after taking my medicines." I ask him,"What medicine? Are you sick?"

He says,"No, I just have problems with sleeping at night. So I have to have sleeping pills to sleep soundly." I tell him,"But isn't that bad for your health?" Sai says,"Yeah but that is the only way to sleep in peace."

After talking to him I go to the room. I'm really tired. I was about to turn off the light but Say barges in once again. He's holding a pillow in his hands that is pressed against his chest. I ask him frowning,"What are you doing here?"

He says,"The air conditioning system isn't working in my room and I can't sleep in there. Let me sleep with you for tonight." I sigh and tell him,"Really? Today is really a bad day for me."

He says,"Let me sleep on the floor then." I imagine his puppy ears being down to his head and his eyes having tears. It's all my imagination but he surely looks like a puppy right now. I tell him sighing,"You can sleep beside me. There's plenty of space beside me?"

He looks up to me and asks,"Is it going to be okay with you?" I nod. He makes his way to the bed and I give him his space to sleep. I turn off the light and turn around back facing Sai. I close my eyes trying to sleep.

Soon I feel his hand around me waist. I ask him feeling a little annoyed,"What are you doing Sai?" He says pressing his face against my back and holding me tightly,"I know I'm making you uncomfortable but can I sleep like this hugging you? I feel cold at night and this is going to help me to fall asleep quickly."

I don't know what I should I feel now. This isn't that bad. He gave me some place to sleep at this time so doing this little thing for him won't hurt. I tell him,"Yeah, fall asleep as soon as you can." He hums and keeps pressing himself against me. The big, well built captain of our team is actually a soft kid in real that is unknown to most of the people.
