Bucky and I stayed up all night laughing and playing games. Besides the whole tough-guy act, Bucky was a nice guy. I guess I was right when I told Tony it was all an act and that we was a softie.

The following day came, and I walk over to the kitchen whilst tying my hair up into a messy bun. I still wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone after yesterdays incident "morning y/n," Bucky says, well, I didn't know it was him; I could tell. I turn to see him drinking a coffee "oh hey buck", I turn back around to continue making a coffee "bucky" I clear my throat, realising what I just called him. I'm so glad that it was just him and I in the room.

"you can call me Buck,", he says casually and I shrug "I don't know only Steve calls you that so it must be a special nickname" I smile taking a sip out of my cup "well I'm saying that you can call me Buck" he says giving me a look of 'take it or leave it' "ok then ill call you Buck" I smirk as he nods "that sounds better" he says finishing his cup of coffee and putting his cup in the dishwasher.

We stood around talking for a while and then Natasha walks in and looks at me speechless as I finish my coffee and walk off, I didn't want to hear it not another excuse. I love Natasha I do but she hid this from me I mean she probably knew about me before I even did and that's just confusing to think about. When I get to the elevator Bucky gets in aswell "what are you doing" I place my hands on my hips giving him a look of disapproval "did you want to go for a walk" he asks looking at me causing me to look away then he looks at me in the eye and I get nervous.

really. nervous.

"i-i" why am I stuttering??? what the fuck? I've never been like this not with anyone "ill take that as a yes lets go" he says pushing the button to the ground floor then grabbing my arm and leading me out of the building.

It was warm outside, couples were walking around the park and the hotdog stand was crowded with people waving their money around. Buck and I just walked down the road, I didn't know where we were going but by the sounds of things he knew, the wind blew his hair around which agitated him slightly but he didn't mind it, his vibranium arm was covered because he hated people staring at him because he was different. Everyone tried to find fault in him.

Every now and then I would look up at his jawline to catch a quick glance of the spark in his eye, the way he tensed up when any female would look at him sent shivers down my spine. Bucky let me look at him all the time why would he tense up female attention, often he would clench his jaw indicating something but I couldn't tell what that something was.

People passed us with a smile, some with a frown but it was nice we passed a few strange people who gave us strange looks but me and Bucky just laughed.

We walk into a cafe "but you already had a coffee" shocked he turns to me "are you questioning my daily intake of coffee" his sarcasm was never missed but it made an appearance "would you like one" he asks politely and I nod "that would be nice" I mumble and he nods ordering two coffees "why did you ask me to come walk with you?" I ask whilst we wait and he looks at my eyes and smiles looking down.

His pearly whites exposed as he looks back up shaking his head "i thought it would be nice for you to get some air" he was very considerate "you know when you were looking at those white roses" he changes the topics and I nod "did you figure out who got them for you" he asked grabbing our coffees from the lady and handing me one as we continue on our walk.

Shaking my head I look over to him and he's already smiling "what" I say as he giggles "it was a good plan to figure out whos writing it was by getting Tony to call a meeting" he says laughing and I look at him shocked and punch his arm "you knew!" I say shocked as he shook his head "of course I knew Tony never keeps his mouth shut he rambles and rambles" looks like tony wasn't back in the clear HE SPILLED TO BUCKY.
