It's been a of couple weeks since the house incident, and Luz has been nothing but trouble. I love the girl, but, my god, she's tiring. I haven't had this much excitement since Eda and I made a bet that she couldn't get 20 guys obsessed with her in a week. Still, it's a nice change of pace.

Hunter and I are currently sitting in the abandoned watch tower together. We've been here a lot recently. We've started to clean it up bit by bit every time we visit, since we're here more than expected. We've gotten rid of the rat problem (Hunter handled most of it), dusted everything, and even added a few strings of lights for when we stay passed sunset, which is most of the time. Next, is refurbishing the furniture.

Hunter and I are laid on an old blanket, I pulled out of my closet, at the top of the tower. We watch as the clouds pass by, talking idly. They look extra fluffy today, like a certain boy's hair.

"I think I'm gonna go to Hexside with Luz tomorrow. It's her first day, and I've never been." I comment, watching a cloud dissipate into the air slowly.

"Yeah?" Hunter looks over at me. "How come you've never been?"

"I'm an outlaw, Hunter." I furrow my eyebrows with a smile. "I don't have the luxury of just waltzing into a school run by a member of the Emperor's Coven." I let out a weak chuckle. "It's fine, though. Eda says she didn't learn much from them, anyway, and she's the strongest witch I know."

"Still, it'll be nice to see how other people learn magic." Hunter comments, turning his attention back to the sky.

"Nah, I'm going mainly to see everything Eda's done. And, maybe add something new."

"Of course you are." Hunter rolls his eyes playfully. "Just don't get caught, okay?" He smiles at me, worry clear on his features. I nod with a scoff.

"I've never been caught before, and I've outrun much scarier threats." I smile deviously. Hunter chuckles at my confident façade.

I slip on Eda's old Hexside uniform easily. I turn in the mirror to make sure every inch of it looks okay.

"Wow, I'm surprised it fits you." Eda's eyebrows raise, leaning in my doorway. "Must have shrunk quite a bit when I dried it."

"Feels weird." I comment. Eda raises an eyebrow. "I mean, I've never been to a school before, so it feels weird to get dressed for one."

"Ah, gotcha." Eda pushes off the doorframe. "Come on downstairs. Luz made everyone breakfast." She motions me to follow her downstairs. "She's so nervous." Eda snorts.

We meet Luz and King in the kitchen and eat whatever human type breakfast Luz attempted to make with Boiling Isles' food.

Once we're all finished, we all pile onto Eda's staff, and take off towards Hexside.

We arrive, and wave Eda goodbye as we walk inside. Luz begins panicking.

"What if I make a bad first impression?" Luz twiddles her thumbs nervously. I put a hand on her shoulder with a smile.

"You're the first human in a witch school. I don't think it'll matter, that's already a cool enough first impression." I comfort her. She lets out a sigh.

"Yeah, you're right." She laughs weakly.

"I always am." I shrug with a smile. "Who knows, maybe you'll meet a hot upperclassman." I elbow her side playfully. Her eyes light up at the thought.

As we begin to reach the steps, Amity walks up to us and starts talking to Luz. I leave the two alone, and wander off.

I walk the halls slowly, admiring the inside décor. I run my hand along the rows of lockers that line the walls. I turn a corner and my eyes meet a row of lockers that are dressed head to toe in graffiti. I look at it in amusement, recognizing some of the designs from when Eda was teaching me how to deface the Emperor's Coven's property ages ago. I look around carefully, and add my own design to the mural with a devious smirk. I walk away, whistling innocently.
