Today is the twins first birthday, Paul and Tommy's twin daughters Carrie Beth and Sarah Jane being a year old. Fox & I are in the process of trying to get ready, thankfully the kids are all wrangled. Oh & if you are wondering Ace & Bruce had a beautiful little baby girl, they named Stella Marie.

"Fox! Come on! You ready yet?" I yell sitting on the bed in our bedroom.

"Pete, you know it takes forever to fix my hair! You try having a lion's mane. But yes, I am ready!" Fox calls back and then calmly struts into the bedroom smirking at me.

"Damn! You look good and your married to me? I mean how lucky am I? and you keep looking at me like that and we won't be leaving this bedroom." The things my husband does to me.

"Later Cat...Later...don't want to make Paul & Tommy mad...but then again I think they wouldn't mind. I mean you know how fucking horny Gene & Eric are for each other." Fox states.

"Later then." I agreed. "And your right, let's gather the kids and let's go. I think they are more excited than we are!" Fox laughs curls bouncing before kissing me. I can't get enough of my Fox.

Once downstairs, we are bombarded with our children chorusing, "Mommy! Daddy!"

"You guys are excited to see us huh?" Fox tosses our youngest daughter up in the air and she giggles.

"Yes!! We cited to see unky paul and unky tommy's babies!", She says enthusiastically.

"Ok, now we need to get going." I state and before Fox & I can blink they take off out the door and are in the car by the time we lock the doors and finally leave. My family....3 girls and two boys. Thankfully Fox had the thought to keep our gifts in the car, so we wouldn't forget because I know we would.

At last, we arrive at Tommy and Paul's place and Tommy greets us, Carrie on his hip and Sarah on his other. He grins, "Hey guys come in! Everyone is here except Ace & Bruce....and everyone is out back. Ace told him and Bruce were in traffic."

Fox, myself, and our brood all head out to the back yard and my jaw drops, I mean it's kid friendly but it's something an adult could enjoy too. And I must admit it's beautiful. Choruses of 'hey' and screams of delight sound from the other children present as ours run off to join them. I follow Fox to where the presents are, and we deposit ours and finally we take a seat as I notice that Paul has Carrie and Tommy has Sarah.

"They're already a year old! I mean seriously they are growing up too fast." Tommy sounds sad and proud at the same time.

"Boy do Pete and I know how you feel. I mean we have 5.... they are handfuls, but we love them dearly." Fox says softly.

"That we do Foxxy, that we do, and I love you." I murmur but he hears me by the way his eyes are shinning. Finally, Ace, Bruce & their baby daughter arrive, and we really get the party for the twins underway and manage to wrangle all the kids present which isn't an easy feat, believe me.

Carrie and Sarah with the help of their parents, are sitting in their little chairs with mini cakes before them and they seem mesmerized by the little candles.

"Cakey! Mama! Daddy! Cakey!", Sarah was bouncing up and down. Carrie is just as excited as her sister.

Tommy chuckles, "That's right my little hearts & stars! Now let's blow out your candles before Uncle Gene does."

"Hey! I'm the Demon after all." Gene protests. Paul & Tommy both roll their eyes, and everyone sings 'happy birthday' and Paul and Tommy help their daughters blow out their candles. It's such an adorable scene I must say.

Both little girls smash the cake with their little hands and then proceed to smash it on each other. Boy I remember that with my own kids, as if my husband knows what I am thinking he gives me a knowing smile and I wrap my arm around his waist.

"Looky Daddy! Me make-up! Oooh sissy too!" Paul shakes his head fondly and says....

"I see that, before we get to the presents you two need to be cleaned."

"No clean! No Clean!" They chant in unison.

"Girls, listen to daddy. We are going to clean you two and that's it." Tommy's tone is stern.

"Ok momma. We clean." Sarah pouts and Paul & Tommy disappear with them for a few minutes but then return with clean and cake free children. Gene and Eric had meanwhile managed to eat at least half a dozen cupcakes each and I rolled my eyes, they'd 'work it off' later I had no doubt.

Once more kids are wrangled and it's time for presents and Carrie & Sarah with their parents help take to it with gusto, and unwrap everything from Kiss stuff (Naturally), toys, clothes...etc. but they are the sweetest kids, because they go around and hug & thank everyone in their angelic little voices.

A year old, a year old.... time passes by so fast and goes even faster when you have a family. Watching your kids grow up is bitter-sweet, but no less an amazing experience and journey that can't be traded for anything. The feeling is like nothing else on this Earth.

With my Foxxy at my side, and our family.... life truly doesn't get any better and there is no telling what the future may hold, but I can't wait to find out.
