Breakfast at Hange's

Levi strolls down the steps of the stair case that lead down to the basement. Opening the wooden door, a streak of anger flash through his eyes as his facial expression stays monotone. His eyes stay glued to the empty wooden chair, where your ass is suppose to be sitting at.

About to greet the captain a good morning, Eren decides to keep his mouth shut, He can see the furry in his captains eyes. He watches as Levi approaches the chair.

"She's not here" he says out loud to himself.

"Act-"

"Shut it Yeager"

"But Cap-"

"I said shut it you pest" he hissed 

Eren swallowed down his remaining words as he began to fiddle with his fingers nervously. He keeps his stare down at the ground afraid to make eye contact with Levi as he can hear him walking up and down the room, anger illustrating through ever harsh step (stomp) he made.

"Who does she think she is? I'll shape her. I won't tolerant disobedience." he rambled

He looks over to the chair again still pissed, you didn't follow orders.

"She's really not here, that-"

"Who's not here?" you asked

Levi's head snaps back harshly towards your direction, sending you a death glare, enough to give you chills down your spine and ignite that burning scar of yours. You gulped down your fear as you shot him a small smile.

"Uh- Sorry for interrupting, Good Morning Captain Levi-"

In a blink of an eye Levi had made his way over to you making you slowly step back in fear.

"Where the fuck were you?!" he growled.

You could feel your pupils began to lightly shake. Afraid to respond, you held up the tray you were holding.

"Breakfast" you replied.

He stared down at your tray and to his dismay, you had indeed gone out to bring breakfast for you and Eren. You watched as his angered eyes slowly dimmed back to his boring ones.

"I-would you have liked something from the kitchen as well sir?" you asked him.

"For how long have you left him alone?" he said, ignoring your question.

"Only 5 mins sir. The tray was surprisingly already ready when I got there so it was just a simple grab and go"

"5 mins is enough for him to escape, to transform and slaughter millions cadet"

You looked over to Eren who looked hurt by that comment. You couldn't help, but feel bad for him. The fearfulness in you died as a set of protection for the boy washed over you. Your eyes fell bored as you walked past Levi and to the cell where Eren sat.

"That comment was dimmed unnecessary don't you think Captain."

You shined Eren a sweet smile as you now stood in front of him, ignoring the piercing glare you now felt on your back. You slid one of the plates through the slot where Eren took it. You both sat on the floor and began eating breakfast together continuing the conversation you both were having earlier, completely ignoring the Captain's presence.

You began to feel a shadow lay over you as the sound of footsteps came behind you. You can see from Eren's mouth hanging expression as he slowly stood up, that it wasn't good. And you knew it too, you could feel it.

"Cadet Y/N, who are you to be ignoring me just like that?"

You swallowed the remaining contents that sat in your mouth before turning around to look up at him.

"Forgive me Captain. I didn't realized I did that. You didn't reply to my comment so I assumed you left"

"Bullshit"

"No-"

"Bullshit" he replied again

shit, this isn't going to go well for me.

You can watch the flicker in his eyes, indicating he was getting angrier by the second. You didn't know wether to admit your defeat or continue lying in hopes he'd at least buy one of them.

 "I-"

"ERRREEEN" screamed a voice.

Before you could even make out who it was, you saw someone running straight towards your direction towards Eren, unaware you were sitting on the ground. Before you could stand and move out the way. The person tripped over you, slamming face first into the bars of the cell.

You quickly shot off from the ground and ran to the person's aid.

"I'm so sorry ma'am! I shouldn't be sitting on the ground like that"

The person who still faced the bars slowly turned around with a big grin.

"Don't worry my dear, it happens all the time" she replied cheerful as ever

"Huh? It does?"

"Yeah, don't even worry about it" she said brushing it off as nothing.

You watched as a streak of blood came out of her right nostril from the impact her nose had made with the metal bars. Panicked by it, you quickly looked around the room and scanned for any paper towels or rags. A tap on your shoulder made you turn around. Levi held out his cravat to you and nudged his head towards the woman's direction, who was busy rambling to Eren about something.

You lightly took the cravat from him and mumbled a quiet thanks. You turned around back to the woman.

"Uh- Ma'am-"

"Hange, the girl has something for you" said Levi.

So this is Hange.

The Hange character turned around and faced you. She looked at your hand as you held out Levi's cravat to her.

"Aww thank you pretty" she said taking it from you.

Without even wiping the small streak of blood she had coming out of her nose, she shoved the cravat into her nostril. She tried blowing it out to see if it would fall out but to her satisfaction it didn't budge.

"It's got a good grip in there, thanks again..." 

She looked at you waiting for you to finish her sentence for her.

"Oh, it's Y/N"

Hange's eyes widen as she heard your name slip out of your mouth. 

"Ah, so you're dee Y/N!!!!"

Your brow rose up in both confusion and amusement.

"Yeah, Have you heard about me?"

"OH ONLY A BUNCH MY DEAR! LET ME TELL YOU, THAT E-"

A hand flew to Hange's mouth covering it, and sealing her words in.

"That's enough out of you four eyes" said Levi as he kept his hand firmly on top of Hange's mouth.

You watched as she struggled trying to pry his hand off her but failed miserably. Levi turned to you.

"You, next time, you don't leave until you've gotten permission understood"

"Understood"

"Good, now get out of here before I let her loose"

"What? Why-"

Levi shot you a glare indicating to keep your mouth shut and follow orders.

"Okay"

You turned to Eren,

 "See you at lunch" you said before tucking your hands in your pockets and walking away.

Eren's eyes widen with delight, finally getting the answer to the question he asked you.

"Looking forward to it, Y/N" he answered under his breathe
