VIRAGO - Erwin X Reader

What a turn of unexpected events. 

You didn't imagine for Erwin to have taken you all the way to town for dinner on his white stallion.

 The restaurant he took you looked as if it was deemed for high class with it's very beautiful setting and decorations. You couldn't help but feel out of place, especially since you were still standing in your uniform that was somewhat not the freshest from training. You had placed your foot down and told Erwin that you didn't want to enter, telling him that your attire was not appropriate as well as telling him that the place looked too pricey.

But all he did was let out a laugh,

"Come on, you're telling me the Commander of the Survey Corps can't afford a meal here?"

"Ok, what about the uniform?!"

"And what about it? I'm wearing it too" 

"Yours looks nothing like mine!" you argued.

And it was true, he was wearing his white button up shirt with his bolo tie, accompanied by a green Survey Corp long coat that made him look both suitable and superior. Not an ounce of uncleanliness on him. 

To top it off, of course he was the most stunning person there. His beautiful facial features making him stand out yet blend in with all the divine people you assumed were inside.

"Oh come on" he said pushing you towards the door

"I already made reservations, it'd be rude not to tend to them."

You tried turning back, but Erwin grabbed onto your hand and held it tightly as if he were holding on to a stubborn child as he started heading towards the door. Sounds of shuffling and grunts can be heard from outside the venue before he finally appeared at the front desk with you right behind him, crossing your arms.

The young girl at the front desk was entranced by the handsome gentleman in front of her that she didn't notice the grumpy shorter female behind him. She gave Erwin her best smile as she fluttered her eyes welcoming him in.

Erwin being the most charismatic, well mannered person you knew, shined her one of his smiles back, thanking her. The girl practically melted as she watched him smile back at her.  

"What can I help you with Sir"

"I have a reservation for two under Commander Smith"

"Oh a Commander huh!" 

Her eyes grew wide as they began to sparkle with excitement. 

"Yes" he mused

Such a fine, well mannered man and to top it off a superior in his line of work!

 The girl was practically drooling over him. Head over heels.

You couldn't help but peek behind Erwin, squinting your eyes at the girl as she flirted with him, trying to keep the conversation going.

"Where's your other party guest? Unless you're here alone, then I wouldn't mind taking my break with you to keep you company!" 

"Very sweet of you but that won't be necessary. They're right here" he said looking down over to his side at you

Your glare faded as you now caught eyes with the girl. You shined her a fake smile. She shined you one back.

"Oh, Hi I didn't see you there" she said with gritted teeth

"Me either, must be the tall ass man in between us" you mused

"Oh my! Such language!" she said tsking as she shook her head.
