What If's

....and she did tell a soul.

Two souls to be exact.

"Hange, the girl told you this personally why would you tell us" Levi said pinching his nose bridge.

"I thought it was funny. I've never seen her flustered so it was pretty amusing"

"So because of that you decided to break her trust and tell us"

"Oh lighten up Levi, you're just as hard headed as she is" 

Levi bit his tongue to prevent from spilling any words. Hange turned her attention towards Erwin who just stared off.

"You're awfully quiter than usual. I'm waiting for you to chuckle or tell us to stop arguing"

Erwin was in thought.

Had you trusted him enough to tell him something deeply embarrassing, but chickened out at the last minute?

He felt somewhat content knowing that. You looked very reserved to yourself so knowing you confided in him made him happy.

But what would have happened if he had snatched your jacket like he was going to? Would you have never trusted him after that? Would he have left you humiliated? Would your trust for him be gone? Or your whole trust in general for anyone? 

These questions concerned Erwin.

But why is he overthinking it so much, it didn't happen. They were just what if's.

But one thing did happen, and that was that Hange had told him either way. And not only him, but Levi too who you seemed to have a problem with.

So those what if's turned into

What if she finds out that he knows? That Levi knows too?

"Hange, that was uncalled for, clearly she told you that with full trust. You as a women should understand how she would feel if others found out. And as a superior should know what confidentiality is" Erwin finally spoke.

"I- Wha- I can't believe this, both of you think I'm in the wrong for this?! It's just a small thing nothing serious"

Erwin ignored her comment as he turned to Levi.

"We shall not speak of this outside of this room. We can't let her find out we know"

Levi nodded his head in agreement.

Erwin looked over at Hange to see her answer.

"Oh Alright you big babies. My bad"

"Thank you Hange. Anything else you called us in for?"

She let out a sigh.

"No, I guess that's it. I just need a new jacket for her"

Erwin pushed his chair back as he began to stand, the two following his action.

"Then I'll make sure to give her a new one before the first mission. Meeting over"

Hange was the first to escape, already forgetting about the whole situation and running to her beloved lab.

"Tch. idiot" Levi muttered as he opened the door for himself and Erwin.

"She just needs to learn, I'm sure she means no harm" said Erwin as he exited out with Levi into the hall.

The sound of laughter filled their ears as they stepped out. Erwin and Levi's head followed the laugh, looking down at the far end of the hall. Surprised eyes grew as they spotted you with a wide grin laughing along with Eren.
