THIRD POV
PRESENT TIME : PEACH'S CASTLE
In the centre of the second floor of the castle stands eight people, concerned for their red hatted friend. Their faces laced with shock, although one in particular has a face of denial. Choosing to let the conversation continue, Smg4 speaks up. "Are you sure that you weren't just seeing things Melony?" He asks. Melony could only nod in confirmation. "That can't be right." Luigi speaks. " My brother has-a never had such a look in his-a eye, even before he was-a dumb." Everyone seemed to agree with that. after all, Luigi was Mario's brother. "Luigi is right. Red wouldn't act like that." Meggy follows up. "WhO THe FuCk CaREs." Bob attempts to speak further but is swiftly relieved of his spine "gOd DAmMiT, noT AgaIN!" "SHUT UP YOU DIRTY RAG OR I'LL HANG YOU BY YOUR ******!" Saiko yelled while trampling Bob. "Guys! Please stop fighting. We can't help Mario like this!" Tari attempts to reason. "Yeah.... We s-should try to focus on helping Mario." Boopkins reluctantly gets out in stumbles. "But how?" They question. Meggy was about to respond but was distracted by something red moving in the corner of her eye. She looked towards the area where she saw it, only to see nothing. Strange. She thought. "Guys." Everyone looked at Meggy. "We should just talk to him. He wouldn't lie to us." Would he? The thought slowly crawled into her focus as she started to panic. He wouldn't! Of course he wouldn't! There's no way he would lie to us, right!? Her mind continued to draw blanks. Her panic started to rise as waves above waves of doubts began pouring into her brain. That's when they heard a yell, followed by a massive bang. The crashing sound made everyone jump almost instantly. As if on instinct, they all began running down the stairs. On her way down, Meggy realised something. The red blur! It was him! Truly shocked at Mario's sneaking prowess, she started calling his name in a vain attempt to stop him. "MARIO!" No response.
"MARIO!" Still no response. Her worry grew. Upon reaching the door, they stared at the hole in shock. Could THE Mario really sneak past them with ease and escape from them in seconds? Upon that moment, it was decided. Meggy would visit Mario tomorrow, and discover his true colours.
