GENESIS ARC : MINUTES AFTER ZERO'S END
UNKNOWN LOCATION

THIRD POV

After melony slashed through Zero, the memes returned to they're original lives. While the sky cleared and light finally shone upon the mushroom kingdom once more. As the clouds parted, a silhouette fell from the sky in pieces. The mangled shape fell at fast and volatile speeds as the figure hit the ground with a loud boom and an earth shaking crash following soon after. Smoke erupted from the crash site as the impact blew over. The smoke as the insides of the crater became visible. In the centre of this crater, lay a humanoid axolotl unconscious and slowly waking up. When viewing closer upon the figure, scars could be seen on it's back as it lay there. The axolotl was missing it's right arm, purple blood pouring out every now and then. It's face was heavily disfigured as one of it's eyes were damaged and non functional, although it's functioning eye was glowing red with crossed zero in the centre, it's serrated teeth unnaturally grown in it's mouth as it twisted into an agonised expression. Although injured, the creature weakly rose from the ground. As it was getting up, a large slash mark could be seen on it's torso from the bottom left of it's chest to the top right, the tissue attached to that shoulder barely hanging in place as the rotting flesh loosened up once more allowing it to hang even lower. Upon the axolotl's head lay two elongated horns connected in an oval shape, and a deep wound in the back of it's skull. The flesh making up it's hip area was heavily damaged with nothing but bone and nerve endings left, spikes growing unnaturally along both sides of the hip and neck. And it's legs, they were in shambles, having taken most of the blow from the impact, rendering the creature grounded and unable to move. Even so the creature was desperately trying to stand, not realising the injuries it had, the adrenaline stopping the pain, but even so the adrenaline fading and the pain gradually made its way to the creatures mind. After all the pain finally settled into it's mind, it screamed a terrifying roar of pain and suffering. The pain kept it's brain clouded, but one thought still persisted through the pain. WHO AM I? The thought ringed in it's head as the pain was slowly replaced with frantic confusion.
WHERE AM I? The confused creature stopped moving and decided to look at it's surroundings. WHY AM I IN A CRATER? WHY CANT I MOVE? The creature finally noticed the state of it's body. before it could react, blood exploded from the slash across it's ripped open chest. The pain causing another roar of pain, the blood loss quickly began to catch up with the creature as it slowly lost consciousness. Realising this, The creature in a desperate last attempt screamed for help before passing out once more, darkness overtaking the creatures mind once more.

Hello everyone!
This is the end of the first chapter of this book. Upon reading this I want to inform you that some of these chapters will be unintentionally short. This is due to my lack of experience at writing books. I will attempt to make the chapters longer but I can't promise I will succeed. Anyways! Enjoy your days! And yes I did change the way the prologue was styled.
