Game night. Victor was ready to jump out of his seat with excitement, while Ellie was decked out in the full school colours, paint on her face, screaming and shouting. Seeing her so intense was actually scary. He knew she took football very seriously, but this was next level.
It was Bennett's first time at a football game. There never was any reason to go. But tonight he was looking around him trying to spot Cory between all the students milling about grabbing food and drinks. He looked down at his watch with a frown. Where was he? Wasn't his game about to start?
A hand covered his eyes suddenly. "Guess who?"
"Pachelbel?" Bennett said grinning, while turning around to see Cory scowling at him.
"Huh?"
"It's okay, I'll explain it to you later. Why did you want to meet me here?" He asked looking around.
"To give my give my forever angel baby Bennett a special gift to remind him of me." Cory seemed taller in his uniform, just as handsome as ever, exuding confidence. Sexy, with the emphasis on sex... "Bennett. Bennett!" He called out to get Bennett's attention that had been drifting since the start of the conversation.
"Hmmm?" Bennett asked dragging his eyes up to Cory's.
"That's right, my eyes are up here." He smiled, a flush across his cheeks. "Anyway I wanted to give you this," he handed Bennett a gift bag, "and this..." he held out a bright red scarf.
Not waiting for Bennett to respond, he leaned in and wrapped the long scarf around Bennett's neck. It was so long he had to wrap it thrice around his neck and even then it wasn't enough. He threw his head back and laughed at the way Bennett looked, almost swallowed by the bright red scarf, which stood out starkly against his pale skin and blond hair.
Before Bennett could say anything else, Cory dropped a kiss on his lips, then loped off to the changing rooms. He wasn't sure if it was the scarf or the kiss that him feel like he was overheating, but he'd place his bet on the kiss. Looking down at the gift bag, he curiously opened it. Inside was a small, stuffed, plush brown bull with a tuft of hair between it's horns. The card inside read, 'Your pushy bull forever.' Bennett's heart swelled with emotion as he laughed at the silly gift.
It was the end of the game and Bennett still had no idea what was going on. Ellie had tried to explain the different players, positions, rules and ways to cheat the rules, but soon gave up when she saw his lack of interest. He didn't even know who to cheer for, he just kept watching Cory as he played. The speed at which he moved and his precision was breathtaking. He couldn't help but imagine the things he would do to Cory in his uniform. His mind often drifting to the things that they could do while getting that uniform off as well.
"This is boring as fuck!!" Blue shouted above the cheering crowd, earning her annoyed looks from people around them. Ellie shushed her, with a punch to her arm. "What? But it's true. Let's just fuck off to the party. I hear it's at Cory's house again.
They all piled into Victor's car, with Ellie and Victor doing a play-by-play discussion about the game.
"Nice scarf." Blue smirked at Bennett. "Did your honey boo give it to you so he can spot his lucky charm in a crowd?" Not waiting for a response she snorted and directed her attention elsewhere. That's when she spotted the gift bag in his hand.
"What's that?" she asked looking at him suspiciously. "What's that? she asked again making a grab for it, but Bennett pulled the bag out of her reach. "What's that?!" She tried again without success as Bennett yanked the bag out of her reach.
"You do know that I can also torture it out of you, don't you? she says blandly when he pulled the bag away again.
"Fine!" he gave up, shoving the bag in her hands. He didn't know what exactly he expected, but Blue's reaction threw him for a loop.
