2 guys get into a boat

The 2nd guy rushes up back the ladder as Ripjaws follows him in the water as he runs away to turn around to see nothing till Ripjaws leaps out of the water and lands infront of the guy thr guy runs behind the hotdog stand to knock it over for fuel to surround Ripjaws as a wire sparks it catches on fire as he gasps
Guy: not fond of a little fire huh fish fry?
Ripjaws: can't...breathe
All the sudden the guys blasted with water as the fire and Ripjaws putting out the fire as Ripjaws looks to see

The criminal and his buddy was put in the back of a police car as one of the cops walk up to Ripjaws and Neptune
