Not all people are meant to take care of themselves, no matter how much it shames you to admit, you could take care or yourself under certain circumstances.
You sighed and finished cleaning, washing the dishes left front customers.
The bell then dinged making you walk out of the kitchen. "Sorry, were closed" You looked up and saw him. You backed into the counter. "what are you doing here"
He sat at the table. "See doll, I came here to see your boss, and as I was finishing him off, I saw my run away bride standing inside cleaning off tables, it made me wonder how you could clean tables for some random pervert, but you wouldn't clean dishes for someone who gave you everything you wanted"

You bit your lip and closed your eyes. Hoping he'd disappear when you opened your eyes, but he only sat there impatiently waiting for you to speak.
"Doll, you look stupid"
You opened them and finally spoke. "Is he dead?" That's when he clasped his hands together obnoxiously laughing. "I haven't seen you in six months and your first words to me are is he dead"

You stood there silently completely lost in words. He would always find you sure. It was a game of hide and seek. Nobody can have what's his, nobody can touch it, look at it, so much breath towards it, and may death come to anyone that made it cry.
He stood up and walked to the counter. "Here's what we're gonna do, doll, your gonna walk around this counter and come with me, then your going to tell me where you've been sleeping we're gonna get your stuff and imma take you home, got it?"
You nodded your head hesitantly, following his direct orders without any questions.
