you cried as you threw papers on his desk.

he sighed in annoyance as he looked at you and said in an fake amused tone "what is it now baby"

you pointed at the paper holding back your tears as you spoke. "i invited her around trying to build relationships with these people and the entire fucking time you were fucking her"

he poured a drink as as he asked "doll your have to be more specific on who your talking about"

you had your moments where you'd blow up because you'd think he was flirting with girls. but you asked him about it, turned it into a minor fight, glass throwing and screaming. or to you it was mild. then he'd fuck you until you both where satisfied. end of story.

this time was just different. you didn't mean to stumble across what you did. a open file with the accountants name on it. photographs of a pregnancy and a dna test.

what made everything worse was you wanted to get pregnant. you told her about it. you were helping her organize her baby shower. she asked you to be at her birthing.

the tears started falling as you choked out "you fucked the accountant and don't call me crazy because i saw the fucking file!"

he set the glass down and tried to reason with you before anything got out of hand "i told you i wouldn't chase after you, you left thinking you could be a big girl and take care of yourself all of a sudden and i got myself a distraction that was obviously a fucking mistake"

you sniffled as more tears started to fall "the bad part is i wanted everything to do with you, i wanted to have your baby and i wanted something to be normal in my life because i knew being with you meant shit was going to be forever fucked"

he laughed at you "your not this innocent are you? normal? i am the fucking joker baby, the most wanted man in gotham, shit look at what i fucking got, look at what i gave myself"

you let out a breathy laugh "is that all that matters to you, am i nothing to you, or is that bitch so special that you won't admit i'm something important to you"

he stood up and warned you "don't fucking do that, you try to pull this shit every time and you know your the only person i give any shits about"

you shrugged your shoulders and whispered "it doesn't feel like that anymore" you turned to walk out of the room when he said "walk out of this room and see what imma do to you"

you stopped at the door and he walked behind the desk firmly speaking. "i don't know what you need for reassurance but your not going to blame me for your need constant reminder that someone wants you, got it"

you nodded your head and he grabbed your arm turning you around saying "use your words" you opened your mouth and quietly said "i got it"
