17 - Want it back

She closed her eyes and said something which I couldn't understand. Was it a magic spell?

"It's done", she said.

"So now Min Seong will be locked?", I asked.

"Yes. He won't come out", she answered.

When I looked forward, everything was paused. I looked around and every single living thing stood as they were a while ago. It seemed like the time has stopped.

"What is this? Did you pause the time?", I was completely awestruck.

She nodded.

"But I asked you to only block Min Seong's washroom door", I said.

"I couldn't. He has claustrophobia. It must be suffocating for him", she said sadly.

"He is claustrophobic? How do you know that?", I asked.

"When he touched me, I got to know then only", she said.

"Ohh." After a second I realized what she just said.

"Wait a second. He touched you? That bastard touched you? When? Where? How? Why?", I put my hands on my waist.

"Oh no. Relax! It was just by mistake, when we were buying tickets", she said.

"That son of", I was cut off by her. "Don't be angry. Let's just wander around. This world is ours for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes everything will go back to normal."

"Then do you mean the whole world is stopped for 40 minutes?", I asked.

She smiled.

"Woah! You are unbelievable", I put my hand on my mouth.

"Then shall we go?", she extended her hand to me.

"Don't boys do that?",I laughed and held her hand.

"No gender discrimination", she giggled.

We started from the Carousel ride.

"Oh! There is only one seat",I looked at the seats which were all occupied by humans who seemed like stone.

"So what? You sat with Min Seong can't you sit with me?", she asked.

"Huh? Will it be okay?", I asked.

"Come on", she quickly sat on the vacant horse and I sat behind her. It was awkward at first.

"Why isn't it moving?", I asked.

"Uh. I have stopped all the living beings. Seems like I need to use magic to make it revolve", she snapped her finger and out of a sudden the carousel started moving.

Due to the sudden movement, my body jerked forward and bumped into her back. In order to protect myself from falling I wrapped my hands around her waist.

She turned her head and looked at me with mouth opened just like the way she looked at me when I was riding the horse in my dream. Yoon-Seok stop overthinking!

I cleared my throat and moved my hands away,"Ah. Uhm. It wasn't intentional! It was due to Law Of Motion. When an object..."

"Stop with that. I also know science. If a body is at rest or moving at a constant speed in a straight line, it will remain at rest or keep moving in a straight line at constant speed unless it is acted upon by a force. Newton's law of motion!", she scoffed.

"I didn't understand but hahaha good to know you know it wasn't intentional", I smiled.

"This carousel was boring. Let's ride that", she pointed to the roller coaster.
