Hands tucked into his pockets, a proud smirk plastered on his lips. It's been months since the great escape. After all, it was fall again. 17th October. Her birthday.
He hid his face behind a mask. A coat hugging his tall figure. The river waving hello to him. He had worn a hat, it covered his eyes. He just wanted to merge in the passing crowd by himself for a bit after all.
He flaunted high end fashion like nothing. Gucci, Chanel, everything. His long fingers adorned with rings. But none from a lover. They believed in exchanging guns. Bracelets tied around his fine wrist. He smirked. Kiera. What magic do you hold?

He walked towards the florist, surrounded by fragrance of the heaven. He smiled as his fingers touched her favourite flowers. Blue roses.
"How much?"
The lady smiled feebly,
"Anything... Till I can buy bread."
He looked at the woman. Plump and pale. His voice warm as honey,
"Ahjumma, would you mind if I take it all?"
The lady quipped her lips and shook her head sideways. He took out an envelope and handed it to her gently. He soon was hiding behind huge bouquets.

"Caramel Machiatto, For..."
The barista paused for a second. Her eyes scanned the whole cup. No name at all. Just an alphabet. He scoffed knowing it was him. He was good at reading people.
"It's mine. Thank you!"
The barista's eyes shot up. His voice. It was just so... Captivating. Alas, he was wearing a mask and sunglass and a hat. She felt heat rise towards her cheeks. She stammered,
"Um... Sir... I've never seen you around here... Are you new here? Are you with someone?"
"Nah, I just thought I would just pick up the drink my girl liked."

As he walked out he took a sip out of the cup. He found his Porsche, standing out amongst the other cars. His fingers turned the key as the engines heated up. His feet pressed on the accelerator, he drove fast. Bits of caramel machiatto hanging on the corner of his lips. The tinted glass hiding the insides from the world. He threw his mask away. His hands moving the steering wheel.
A long finger scooped away the macchiato. Taehyung chuckled, his one hand finding the way to her thighs. He pulled over to the side of the road, his fingers teasing her. She chuckled as she popped the finger in her mouth.
"Sweet..."
She paused for a second, as she straddled his lap,
"But you are sweeter."
Her lips crashed against his. His hands found their usual place, as his lips formed into a perfect smirk. They broke the kiss as their oxygen level was threatening to drop any second. Both looking into each other's sanpaku eyes, were trying to catch their breath.
She messed her own hair, he just chuckled as he felt a fulfilling warmth inside his heart. He untucked her hair from behind her ears,
"Happy Birthday Doll."

Flashback

Kiera walked to the helicopter, her eyes tearing up every other second. Her face draining out of colour. Her eyes dead completely. She jumped up on the helicopter. She felt everything inside her go numb. Her head on Lisa's shoulder,
"Unnie, why can't I find love? First Ace and now Taehyung. Wish I had something like you and Hobi Oppa. Or something like Jimin Oppa and Rosie Unnie."
"Love has different tones, KiKi. You think what we have is perfect? No. We just know how to hold on. We just walk together to the same dead end. That's love for us. We both make mistakes, but at the end of the day, we embrace each other for who we are. Jimin Oppa and Rosé have another tone. They bicker and hug and fall apart and mend their ways. Jennie Unnie-Namjoon Oppa found their love in waiting, while Yoongi Oppa and Jisoo Unnie found it in letting go and become nothing but strangers. Your love is in this insanity. These tears. These possibility that things would've been better..."
"Kiera! Take me with you! Don't leave me here! Take me! You are my paradise!"
Kiera saw Taehyung running towards the helicopter. His feet wearing off. His voice dominating the ear threatening sound of the helicopter. They had to be fast whatsoever.
Taehyung fell down as soon as he stepped his foot inside the helicopter. His knees scraped and blood oozing out. His chest rising heavily. Nobody could differentiate between his sweat and his tears. Nobody, except Kiera. Kiera ran to him and croutched to his level. Her long fingers cupped his bread cheeks. Her lips peppering his face with kisses as tears ran down her cheeks. She whispered, as they gladly took off,
"Saranghae and welcome to the team Hot Stuff."

End Of Flashback

"Thanks, K. T. H."
Kiera said, her eyes stuck on Taehyung. As if it's been glued. King of The Hearts. Kim Taehyung. K. T. H. She smiled. Kim Taehyung didn't change one bit. He just became more confident. He still worried about every single one of her details.
"Still can't get hooked to the taste of caffeine. But here's your drink Doll."
Taehyung handed Kiera her drink as he tightened her seatbelt. Kiera took a sip and smirked,
"One sip isn't enough Hot Stuff."
"Yeah... But I've tasted it countless times. From your lips, from your dreams, from YOU. You are my Caramel Macchiato baby. A little bit sweet, a little bitter. Hot and Cold. And knows how to keep me up all night long."
Kiera chuckled as she playfully rolled her eyes. Taehyung holding her hand in his.
"FlirTae."
They giggled at her silly pun. Taehyung felt as if his life was a fairytale. He had finally gotten the chance to hold his Queen. There was norhing else he needed. Kiera looked at the person she loved. Her eyes glowing out of love. She murmured,
"I'm glad I fell for you."
He smiled,
"I'm glad I caught you in my arms."
They both felt the same need to be by their side and stay silent. They both felt the tremendous need to gobble up every second of this moment. The feeling of being confortable with each other. Eyes fixed on the road, hands entangled, hearts beating for each other.
