"Listen, our shift's done. We aren't senior-junior here. So as a woman to her younger brother. I think you should chase love. I don't know what happened between you two. Just chase after love okay? It never leaves you disheartened. Annyeong!"

Chaerin's voice played inside Taehyung's head on repeat. He chuckled as he gulped down the last drop of coffee. Yeah, Kim Taehyung has been drinking caffeine. Cause the bitterness inside him needs to be dominated by something else. Simple!

Jimin on the other hand, didn't dare drink a sip of caffeine. Why, you ask? Because it reminds him of Rosé. Roseanne Park. Park Chaeyoung. Rosie. Call her whatever you want, except his. Cause he just lost her. Just because of his stupid mistakes.

"Is it true, Sooya?"
"What is?"
Jisoo said unbothered of Yoongi calling him Sooya. She knows he won't stop. Yoongi slapped the table,
"Did your officer really break my little sister's heart?"
"It was a mutual break up Min Yoongi."
"No it fucking wasn't! Kiera never let's go!"
"She asked Taehyung to let go of his only existence. I mean how could YOUR little sister only think of herself? Why can't she leave the crime world?"
"Really? If he can't leave his existence, how can she?"
And it was silence again. Yoongi was right. So was Jisoo. Jisoo was wrong. So was Yoongi. Jisoo opened her mouth and closed it right away. She stammered, trying to prove her point,
"But that side is not good. It's dark and dirty..."
"You think you guys are great? Huh? Lemme then show you your world Princess Peach. The big names only know how to gobble up the smaller and weaker ones. They only know money. If your world is so white and pure, then tell me Kim Jisoo, why were we all neglected in Kim Su-Bong's paws? Do you think our parents, the ones who cared didn't look for us? They did! They went to the officials. But wanna know how they never found out about us? Because money runs our world. Kim Su-Bong had plenty to feed these dogs and hide our names forever. Kim Su-Bong paid the officials and every one so that no one can fucking find us! And do you want me to believe you guys didn't want to find us? Of course you guys did! But you found nothing! This is your world! The world you are so proud of! The world where even the bad is masked under a fake good cause!"
Jisoo's vision got blurrier. As if being transported to another portal. Her ears started to ring,

"We are sure they exist! What do you mean we are making it up? Search it up properly! Kim Jennie, Kim Namjoon, Jeon Jungkook..."
"Shut it you brats! There's no one like that, you punks! Get out!"

Jisoo almost lost her balance. Her head felt heavier than her heart. Her heel snapped into two. Yoongi just chuckled,
"Rings a bell, Soo?"
"Yoongi... Did Kim Su-Bong..."
"Yeah, she bought our existence. Here, see it on your own."
Yoongi threw a crumpled paper at Jisoo. Her sweaty palms opened it. Tears climbed to the back of her throat, she read,

"Name : Kim Jisoo
Birth: January 3, 1996
Feautures: Straight hair with bangs, pale skin, long and slim face
Height: Around 1.60 cm

Kim Jisoo went missing from Gunpo, South Korea. At the time she was wearing a striped shirt, jeans and a cap. Her parents, Ha-Joon Kim and Ji-Yoo Kim, suspect a woman who Jisoo had described as posh, elegant and skinny. Jisoo often told them that this woman had a weird fashion sense as she wore long gowns and tight corsets, often laired it with a scarf and cat eye sunglasses. This stranger, who approximately was in her early 30s, had taken an interest in Jisoo and often gave her gifts and often praised her. Jisoo was heavily bullied by some of her peers."

Jisoo stopped. Her missing report. Of course her parents tried to find her! She was oh so stupid! Why would she believe that her parents actually never looked for her.
"Shh... It's okay now Soo."
Jisoo snuggled in his arms. He could feel wet patches on his chest. It's okay. Crying is not weak. It's okay to cry.
"Yoongi Oppa..."
It felt like melody to Yoongi. He unknowingly smiled. As if a fire in him had just cooled out. He hugged her tighter. Her voice broken,
"I broke ties with my family Yoongi."
"What do you mean Jisoo?"
"Yoongi Oppa, after we were set free, I never visited my family. I thought they didn't look for me. I thought they didn't want me. I thought I was alone. Jin Oppa's parents took me in. But I couldn't forget them. Neither did I want to remember them. I went through their contact numbers. After every nightmare I alqays wanted to call them. But I dusted the thoughts off. If they didn't reach out to me, why should I? But I was wrong. Today... You proved me wrong. I want the time, I wasted being silly, back. If only I could get my family back. Oppa..."
"Ever heard of a sorry, Sooya?"
Jisoo looked up at Yoongi, her inner child jumping out of her  eyes. Yoongi gave her a gummy smile and ruffled her hair,
"Jisoo. Sorry is a short word. But it's impact. Oh my God! The impact it has is huge. This six letter word, can soften up a stone. Can give someone hope. It's almost a magic spell."
"But when you've shattered the glass, a sorry won't mend it."
"No no, my little Pikachu. A sorry never mends anything. It creates from the scratch."
"What do you mean?"
"Well, suppose you broke a glass. A sorry isn't putting together the shards with glue. A sorry is buying the same glass to replace it. Sorry isn't about just forgiving. It's a fresh start. It's not making the same mistakes."
Min Yoongi. A wise man. Yes, this was the man Jisoo knew. This was the boy who looked out for Jisoo. Min Yoongi.
She brushed away her tears,
"But won't they be... Hurt?"
"Yes they would. But they would be more happy now that they know their princess is alive and has grown into a beautiful officer. Go on, Jisoo-ssi. Dial the number. It's your turn today."
This was it. This was finally it.
