Oscar's POV

My heart raced when I saw a text from Amelia.

Hey, I'm sorry to be a bother but I have no idea where I am. I was walking back from the stables and I think I am lost.

She wanted my help, as stupid as I sounded it felt amazing to be the one, she turned to.

I'm coming. You could never be a bother, Amelia.

I replied before, running out of the dining hall. By the time I made it to the stables, she was nowhere to be found. I searched through all of the pathways and shortcuts I could find but still nothing. Where is she?

I tried phoning her, but she didn't answer, starting to worry I headed back towards the dining hall. Maybe she had found her way after all, but she wasn't there.

Where the hell is my mate.

Sam started walking towards me. "Hey, dude, you okay?"

"Have you seen Amelia? She texted saying she was lost; I can't find her."

I watched as he went over to Olivia asking if she had seen her, when she replied no, I started to walk outside. I need to find my mate.

"Hey, baby, I've missed you." Nicole, I don't have time for this. Pushing past her I kept walking, ignoring her yells. Until she said one word that made me stop, Amelia.

"What did you just say?" I growled at her.

"I said, if you're looking for that pathetic blonde, she's in her dorm room. I saw her myself." Growling at her again I walked off.

How dare she insult my mate.

"Hey, any luck?"

I turned to Sam and nodded, "she's in her dorm."

I started walking towards her again, Sam stepped in front of me. "Don't forget, we are going for the not-a-stalker look. You can't just go up and barge in her room. She has no idea what you are to her yet." He was right, why does he always have to be right?

Grumbling a "fine," I walked back to our dorm.

There's no way I am going to last much longer. Tomorrow I am going to talk to my mate. Tomorrow I am going to tell her the truth. Xander howled happily at the thought of finally having our mate, and for the first time all day I felt myself relax.

Tomorrow I would have my mate in my arms.
