Felix lay in a pile of satin sheets with arms attached to red rope that tied him tightly to the dark wood bedposts on the headboard. Looking around the room it was dark only being lit by small flames from candle sticks in the chandelier over the center of the room.
Felix looked towards the end of the bed and saw Hyunjin standing there with hands crossed across his chest. Hyunjin's tunic was sliding off his shoulder exposing the pale white skin beneath.
How beautiful he was, Hyunjin, Felix thought. Although there was no life left in Hyunjin's body he couldn't deny the beauty of him. Raven black hair danced around his face framing the shape perfectly, his collarbone curved perfectly to his body, and how delicate and strong his hands were.
Felix felt himself relaxing as he let himself finally admire the beauty of Hyunjin. This sparked an idea in Felix wanting to know more about the vampire, but he would have to break that hard shell that Hyunjin kept himself in."What's got you staring, my angel?" Hyunjin stated cocking his head to the side slightly licking his lips while doing so.
"You."
Felix felt something warm wet dampening his forehead causing him to flicker his eyes open slowly. He was tired, he couldn't move a single muscle in his body making without him feeling like dead weight on the bed. He also noticed how cold he was causing his whole body to shiver as he began to recognize how cold he was. Moaning slightly he turned his head to the side of the bed to see Hyunjin standing over him with the warm wet cloth patting his fore head.
A loud clatter hit the floor as Felix saw shock race across the vampire's face as he quickly backed away from the bed. Felix saw as Hyunjin darted his hands behind his back to hide the cloth he was using to warm Felix up.
"W-what are you doing here?" Felix asked with sleep lingering in his voice.
"You don't ask the questions around here." Hyunjin spat back defensively.
Remaining quiet and not wanting to fight he rolled over turning his back to Hyunjin. If he was going to be kept like this the least that vampire could do was fucking talk to him normally instead of this façade he has put on. Why would Hyunjin be there dampening his head if he didn't have some sort of heart?
Silence filled the room as Felix felt his body shiver hard realizing how cold he was getting. Curling tightly into the blankets to warm up Felix knew that his blood supply was low after the last time Hyunjin fed for him to be this cold. Removing his hands from under the blankets he saw how pale his skin was, placing his hand back under the blanket he shivered harder.
"You can turn your back on me all you want but I am the one keeping you alive, eat this." Hyunjin spoke as he walked around the bed with a bowl of broth with a small amount of vegetables in it.
Felix felt the urge to fight Hyunjin and ignore his orders, in a rash decision Felix turned over again to not face Hyunjin as he circled around the other side of the bed.
"Really? We are going to play this game?" Hyunjin said with annoyance in his voice.
Silence.
"It really isn't a fair game if you know the rules and I don't." Felix mumbled into the blankets breaking the silence.
Felix could hear Hyunjin sigh and groan in frustration as he heard the bowl slam on top of the desk near the bed. Tensing up a bit Felix peaked around his shoulder to see Hyunjin hunched over the desk gripping the corners tightly.
His hands were beautifully adorned in small delicate rings and his hand veins popping out from how hard he was gripping the desk. Felix's eyes slowly switched his gaze to Hyunjin's back. He could see the build in his back, lean but still so strong. Feeling his weak heart begin to beat harder he turned his head back to face the other direction.
His thoughts were just about to wander when he heard Hyunjin push himself away from the desk and walk quietly over to the side of the bed. Trying to ignore him Felix was starting to shift to avoid looking at Hyunjin face on.
"Don't fucking move." Hyunjin snarled clearly fed up with Felix.
Stopping mid roll Felix felt a cold hands grasp his shoulder rolling him back over to look at Hyunjin.
"If you want to know the rules so fucking bad listen up." Hyunjin began to say getting close to Felix's face. "You are mine now. No leaving. Your job is to stay alive so I can feed, nothing more nothing less." Hyunjin finished with a grin on his face exposing his fangs clearly to Felix.
Gulping hard Felix could feel Hyunjin's breath brush his face causing his heart to thump hard.
"Why don't you just kill me instead of going through this work to keep me alive?" Felix gulped.
"What would be the fun in that, my angel?" Hyunjin purred bringing his face close to his ear to whisper, "You're too precious to waste."
Felix felt his skin rise in bumps with the way Hyunjin whispered to him. Shivering hard against the cold breath of Hyunjin and how cold his body was he watched Hyunjin get up and walk over to the bowl of hot broth.
Felix pushed his weak body up into a sitting position so he could consume the warm broth hoping it would warm his cold body. Hyunjin returned with the bowl between his hands handing it over to Felix.
"T-thank you." Felix said quietly.
"Thank you what?" Hyunjin said waiting for the sweet words to leave Felix's mouth.
"Thank you, sir."
"Good boy." Hyunjin praised.
Felix began to slurp down the broth letting the warmth spread throughout his body. As he was eating he could feel the burning gaze of Hyunjin watch him with each bite. Stopping mid bite Felix switched his gaze from the broth to Hyunjin.
"Eat." Hyunjin said sternly causing Felix to return to the broth quickly.
As he continued to eat he could hear Hyunjin's sweet whisper in his ear over and over again, you're too precious to waste.
Why did this make him feel wanted? Feeling wanted was something he hasn't felt in a long time. Shaking away the cold memories before they consumed him he finished his broth and set the bowl gently on his lap.
Looking to where Hyunjin stood Felix stared at him. Something about Hyunjin, besides his demeanor, was inviting him making Felix wanting to know more about him.
"Staring isn't very nice." Hyunjin spoke walking over to collect the bowl from Felix.
Hyunjin grabbed the bowl from Felix's lap feeling Hyunjin's fingers linger longer than normal on Felix's thigh below the blanket. Felix felt butterflies dance throughout his stomach while turning his head towards Hyunjin finding it hard not to look at the beautiful vampire for too long.
Felix watched as Hyunjin caught Felix staring at him again from the corner of his eye. The devilish smile crept across Hyunjin's face. Taking the bowl from his lap, Hyunjin began walking towards the direction of the door.
Felix sat there watching him make his way to the door. His thoughts were racing he didn't want him to leave yet. He spent most the days alone, if he wasn't sleeping, and felt his gut tell him to say something to keep Hyunjin to stay.
"Wait!" Felix piped up not wanting Hyunjin's presence to leave quite yet.
Felix saw Hyunjin stop in his tracks and turn to look at Felix.
"Let me serve you." Felix blurted out.
Felix saw Hyunjin's usual devilish smile turn to a grin accompanied by a smile, "Do we agree to the simple rules?"
Nodding his head, Felix agreed to the simple rules, to stay alive for Hyunjin.
"Yes, sir."
