Thud, thud, thud, thud.
Felix felt like dead weight, he couldn't bear to move, everything in him felt drained and heavy. His head was killing him, where was he? What has just happened? How long had he been out? As these questions were racing through his head he felt what could be chains around his wrists. In a spew of panic he shot his eyes open with suddenly the memory of what had happened.
"No, no, no, no, no!" Felix softly cried.
Looking around him he was in a dark room with a single torch lighting up a very small corner of the room. It was musky smelling and cold with wet stone all around him. While looking around he slowly sat up hearing the chains drag across the floor as he moved to get a clearer look and what was going on around him.
He looked down at his hands to see his wrists cuffed with metal chains that were attached to the floor, but his legs were free of chains so it seemed as if he could walk around a little bit. He began to stand up but immediately got dizzy and fell back to the ground.
"Help! Someone please help me!" Felix began to scream as loud as he could.
He was only greeted with his voice bouncing right back to him in the tiny room. Felix began to cry as he felt hopelessness seep over him. Why him?
Amidst his tears he began to hear the footsteps of a stranger walk through the hallway just past the wooden door.
Felix's heart began to race not knowing who those footsteps belonged too and if they were getting closer. He began to shuffle to the darkest corner of the room only to find out the chains weren't long enough and left him vulnerable in the middle of the room on his knees. Just as Felix was about to let out a sob in a cry for help the door began to open.
Fear raced through Felix's body as he whipped his head towards the direction of the door to be greeted by a tall man. He was adorned in a white loose blouse that had a V-neck cut that went to the middle of his chest, black pants that seemed to have a satin finish to them, and delicate rings on his long fingers. The man was also ghoulishly pale with midnight hair and dark red eyes.
Vampire.
He was taken by a vampire but why him? They usually stalked their prey, killed, and left their body to rot wherever until someone would find them. Instead he was being held prisoner by the blood-sucking demon.
Felix's breath began to pick up as the vampire moved closer to him.
"Get away!" Felix spat.
"Shh... my sweet angel." Hyunjin spoke as he gracefully made his way closer to Felix.
Hyunjin began to kneel and raise his hand to the humans face when he than spit in his face.
"I said get away." Felix said through gritted teeth.
Anger raced through Hyunjin's body in a furious heat. Whipping out a small dagger from his waistband and held it tightly to Felix's throat.
"Now I wouldn't do that if I were you." Hyunjin growled.
Felix could feel the sharpness of the dagger point digging into the side of his neck causing a slow trickle of blood to fall down.
Hyunjin was staring straight into Felix's eyes when the sweet scent of him became over powering. Lowering his eyes to look at the dagger he saw that Felix was bleeding from where the point of the dagger was poking him. He could feel his pupils dilate in excitement, his mouth began to water, and a feral feeling raced through him.
Lifting the knife away from Felix's neck he dropped the dagger to the ground letting it clatter into place. He could sense the fear in Felix it was a clear scent racing through his human blood. Hyunjin began to stare at his delicate neck where the blood was trickling from and grabbed Felix by the shoulders bringing him closer.
Felix could feel his body begin to shake as he was brought closer to the vampire. The vampire began to lower his mouth towards his neck. This was it, he could scream for help or just let fate happen. Squeezing his eyes shut he just prayed that the death would be quick.
Hyunjin lowered his mouth to Felix's neck letting his lips grace the fresh beating blood that was at the surface of his neck. Parting his lips slightly he let the blood enter his mouth and it was everything he could've imagined. It was sweet with a tang of bitter towards the end. It wasn't a bad bitter it was addicting.
He pulled himself away quickly from Felix and let the blood sit on his lips as he looked into the eyes of his prey. Demonically chuckling Hyunjin stood up and grabbed his dagger and exited the room. He wanted to save every bit of Felix for himself and didn't want to drain him this early on.
Felix was left in the cold room confused. Why didn't the vampire drain his life away? In a state of utter confusion Felix just sat there letting the blood stain his neck as the time began to escape from him and he fell asleep questioning everything that was happening to him.
