Monster

"Shhh...my sweet angel." Echoed in the darkness.

The monster walked closer to Felix and his breath began to pick up and his heart raced. Hyunjin inched his way towards him each step his heart beating extra hard.

"What are we to do with such a worthless human?" Hyunjin said with a devilish tone.

Felix sat in silence as Hyunjin kneeled in front of him playing with the dagger between his long delicate fingers.

"Speak." Hyunjin spat.

"...Please don't hurt me." Felix whispered.

Hyunjin began clicking his tongue, "Very cute to think that."

Not even a second after Hyunjin spoke in a flash of light the vampire was attached to Felix's neck draining the life out of him.

Felix awoke screaming and panting from the vivid dream of the monster that had kidnapped him. Cold sweat dripped down the back of his neck as he was hyperventilating and trying to calm himself.

"It was just a dream." He mumbled to himself.

Or was it a dream? Would it become reality soon? Defeat washed over him as he was reminded of the heavy chains still attached to his wrists and the dark damp room his was stuck in. Maybe this would be his fate and his mind was preparing him for death.

Felix could feel his eyes burn as tears dropped from his face to the floor. He was too young, had so much left to experience. Sure things were not the best right now but there was still so much left to in his young life.

Just as he was starting to feel overwhelmed the familiar footsteps began to echo through the hallway. Panic raced through him knowing it was the vampire coming for him.

The door began to creek open and the shadow of the vampire emerged from behind the door. The vampire's physique was breath taking and entrancing just as he remembered from yesterday. Internally shaking his head he lowered his eyes not to look at him.

"How pathetic you look right now." Hyunjin spoke.

Hyunjin could sense how hard it was for Felix to not look at him. Taking his dagger from his waistband he walked up to Felix. Using the point of the dagger he placed it delicately under Felix's chin lifting his head to look at him.

"Look at me." Hyunjin growled.

Felix remained silent as the vampire forced his head up forcing him to look at Hyunjin. He could see Hyunjin clear today. He was a monster inside a beautiful vessel. His hair fell perfectly to his shoulders with half of it still being held up by a red ribbon. His face was carved so perfectly it looked like a marble statue it made Felix want to reach his hand up to touch his face to see if he was even real. The eyes on Hyunjin was special, most vampires had bright red eyes, but he had dark red eyes that almost resembled a lustful feeling.

"Good boy." Hyunjin smiled looking at Felix.

Felix couldn't move he remained silent as the vampire stared him down peering through his soul.

"What do you want with me?" Felix choked.

Hyunjin grabbed Felix's face between his hand squeezing just under his jaw and around his cheeks, "Don't speak out of turn, you speak when I say so."

Felix felt his heart pick up in fear, or what he thought was fear.

Hyunjin let go of Felix's face slowly, still staring into his eyes and began to speak, "Felix is it?"

"Yes." Felix answered confused to how he knew his name but didn't want to question in fear for his life.

Taking a deep breath and smiling exposing his sharp canines to Felix. Hyunjin towered over him, "My sweet angel Felix, I fear I am quite thirsty at the moment."

"No!" Felix spoke out of turn.

Felix could see the anger race through Hyunjin as the vampires dark red eyes turned from lust to pure anger. Watching as Hyunjin tightened his grip on his dagger and that devilish smile on his face disappear into a scowl.

"What did I say about speaking out of turn?" Hyunjin spoke roughly.

Felix sat in silence as the monster stared back at him waiting for a response, "I—I'm sorry."

"There is no I'm sorry's here."

What Felix had said seemed to upset Hyunjin even more. Felix watched as Hyunjin walked gracefully around him. His breath picking up not knowing what was going to happen next.

Hyunjin watched as Felix's breath picked up as he walked slowly around him planning on what he was going to do to Felix for speaking out of turn more than once. It then hit him.

"Take it." Hyunjin spat handing the dagger to Felix.

Felix watched as Hyunjin held out the dagger to him. He just sat and stared not knowing what to do. Should he stay strong and fight or give in?

"TAKE IT!" Hyunjin yelled.

Before Felix could even think he darted his hand out grasping the dagger that was adorned with a giant red jewel. Bringing the dagger closer to him he could see an inscription on the blade, "Hyunjin 1672.03.20".

"Hyunjin..." Felix whispered out loud on accident.

"What did you say?" Hyunjin said through gritted teeth.

Felix didn't have any time to respond before the dagger was snatched from his hands the blade slicing his hand right open causing blood to pool in his palm. Hissing in pain as he brought his hand quickly to his chest staining his white tunic with blood.

Felix could see a change in the face of Hyunjin to fury. Holding his hand to his chest he watched as Hyunjin ripped his hand from Felix's chest.

"You are going to pay for that." Hyunjin spoke raising Felix from a sitting position to a standing as he whipped Felix's hand closer to his nose to smell the freshly pooling blood.

The sweet smell of Felix's blood made him forget of what just happened and became entranced with the intoxicating scent. Without thinking he took Felix's hand and brought it too his mouth not biting down but instead dragging his tongue across the wound.

His body was taken control by the taste, the euphoria, and pure intoxication of Felix's blood. Hyunjins shoulders relaxed as the blood hit his tongue causing his mouth to water and for him to lose himself in the taste of the blood. He couldn't control it anymore and gently bit down on Felix's hand.

Felix couldn't move in fear as he was yanked up by the wrist. His eyes opened wide in fear as he watched Hyunjin move his hand towards his mouth. Hyunjin sniffed his hand at first causing a blood thirsty smile to spread across his face.

Before he knew it he felt Hyunjins tongue graze the open wound on his hand sending mixed feelings through his body. He was tingling all over in fear and what seemed to be excitement from what was happening. Felix watched as the vampire's shoulders began to relax and could see him lose control to his senses as he opened his mouth and bit down on Felix's hand.

Sucking in a breath he felt the fangs of Hyunjinsink into him.
