His body ached in a welcoming way as Felix felt his eyes flutter open. Slowly blinking taking in the space he was in he could see the canopy of Hyunjin's bed above him. Memories and feelings of the night before made Felix's body begin to buzz again.

Wrapping tightly in the blanket around him, Felix softly smiled to himself as he allowed the euphoria from the night before to still run through his body. Felix felt special and loved, feelings he craved for so long, and it was Hyunjin that was giving it to him. His heart began to flutter in his chest as he could feel him self-landing in the depths of his heart where love was.

Rolling over in the bed Felix moaned slightly as soreness radiating from him. Taking some effort Felix pushed himself up into a sitting position on the bed wincing slightly as he adjusted, but it felt good. Closing his eyes to refocus his vision he began to look around the room in search for Hyunjin.

Scanning the rooms corners Hyunjin was nowhere in sight. Sighing slightly Felix stood up on wobbly legs and walked around the bed holding his hand out just in case his legs give out. Bending down looking for his clothes, Felix grabbed his discarded shirt and pants and slowly slipped the shirt over his head. Walking towards a mirror Felix stood in front of it and began to put his pants on.

As he dressed the smile that formed while he was in bed remained on his face and his cheeks were flush and warm giving him a slight glow about himself. His heart was full and content, happy to finally feel wanted and loved. Slipping his legs through the pants, Felix pulled them up and began to button the pants together. Standing tall and confidently Felix straightened his hair and patted his cheeks softly.

Turning on his heel away from the mirror a loud clatter startled him causing Felix to jump grabbing his chest as he did so. Feeling his heart race at the sudden scare the clatter sounded again, but this time louder.

Hyunjin.

Feeling his heart fly to his throat Felix ran out of the room and down the long hallway. Felix was sprinting through the hallway following the noise of the clattering. The clattering was getting louder and was now accompanied by screams of someone.

A ringing in Felix's ears began as he rounded the corner, feeling the world he found himself in shattering as he saw what was before him. Stopping dead in his tracks Felix took in the crumbling world around him.

Standing in the middle of the dimly lit hallway was Hyunjin with a woman on the floor at his feet not moving and presumably not breathing. Broken pieces of glass and ceramic littered the floor around Hyunjin and the woman and a broken decorative table was thrown askew across the hallway. The light that shined throughout Hyunjin was now gone.

"H-Hyunjin?" Felix choked causing Hyunjin to snap his head towards Felix.

"Felix... it isn't wh-" Hyunjin began to speak walking towards Felix dropping the dagger he held in his hand.

"What it looks like, right? First time I heard that one." Felix snapped at Hyunjin with tears falling down his face in a cascade.

"Felix...please..." Hyunjin began to softly plead slowly walking towards Felix.

Through blurred vision Felix backed away from Hyunjin shaking his head. Turning around Felix let his emotions fully engulf him and run, run as far away as he could. Sobs began to escape his lips as his feet ran as fast as they could pounding on the castle floor. Hurt and pain ached in his thumping heart with each passing second. Never once turning his head to see if Hyunjin was following him Felix made his way to the front door of the castle.

Pushing through the heavy doors Felix ran out into the night. Rain was falling hard making his already teary eyed vision worse. Not knowing where to run, who to run too, or where he was, he just let his feet take him far away from the castle.

Numb to everything around him Felix ran through the forest that hid the castle. Branches scraped his face and his ankles wobbled slightly as he ran over broken branches and fallen trees. Becoming numb to the world around him as he ran, Felix let his broken heart lead the way.

Lightening flashed across the sky crackling loudly after causing Felix to trip over a large fallen branch. Letting out a scream as a fire burned from his ankle and the never-ending streams of pain flooded his body. Falling to the forest floor Felix sobbed screaming at the top of his lungs as rain and tears drenched his face.

Everything in Felix hurt, his body still sore from last night, his heart shattered into tiny fragments, the burning throb from his ankle, and having no one to go too. Sobbing loudly Felix finally came to terms with his life. He would never feel love, be loved, and ever have the capability to keep love. He was to spend the rest of his miserable days alone.

Feeling the pain get replaced with a cold numbness, Felix let his body curl on the hard forest ground. The cold air and rain drenched his body as Felix lay there staring off into the depths of the forest unable to do anything but stare.

Hours and hours passed as the distance sounds of the forest echoed and the cold subsiding rain and night air began to get to Felix. His body shook violently at how cold he was causing his body to ache more. Having spent all his tears Felix closed his eyes tightly hoping it would all end soon.

As he closed his eyes images of Hyunjin flashed across his vision causing his broken heart to send a sharp shooting pains through his chest. Opening his eyes Felix returned to staring off into the distance of the woods unable to bear the pain of closing his eyes again.

Hours continued to pass numbly and the night sky began to make its descent as the sun began to make its appearance. The sound of morning birds began to sound throughout the forest and everything around him began to wake up for the day. Felix remained still on the forest floor unable to move, feeling as if he was dead already but some how still here.

The sound of a loud branch snap sent the morning animals to scurry quickly into hiding while Felix lay still not phased by the sound. The echo of footsteps sounded as the crunching of leaves and snapping of branches got closer and closer.

"F-F-Felix?!" A familiar voice sounded.

Unable to process the calling of his name Felix didn't move a muscle but continued to stare into the distance letting his body numbly exist.

"F-F-Felix! Oh my god, Felix?" The voice shouted with concern as the footsteps became faster and closer.

Hearing something fall and the sudden shaking of his body Felix began to feel the pain inching its way through his body again. Wincing slightly at the pain coming from his ankle Felix rolled onto his back closing his eyes as pain ran through his body making his vision go white behind his eyelids.

"Felix! You're alive!"

Opening his eyes Felix blinked slowly bringing his vision into focus.

"Chan?"
