Series 01: Chasing Someone Special

PROLOGUE

"MS. CHAVEZ I still have an appointment or meeting today?" I ask my secretary through telecon "Ah yes ma'am with Mr. and Mrs. Smith" my secretary answered hinilot ko ang sentido ko.

"What time? Where?" I ask again damn it "At 6:00 pm ma'am at Venuetiful Resto" my secretary answered again I replied "thank you"

Gosh! I'm so stressed my head is going to explode anytime tambak ang mga papeles sa lamesa ko na kailangan kong i-reveiw at pirmahan.

It's already 5:30 I still have thirty minutes to finish these papers before preparing for the meeting with Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

Kailan ba ako magkakaron ng free time?

Hays, I miss going to bars, malls, restaurants, and more!

I continued doing my work when my phone rang and I saw my best friend's caller ID I answered it.

«Hello? What do you want?»

I heard her laugh from the other line

[Ay grabe siya pag ako tumawag may kailangan agad? Ang sama mo Xay!]

I lay my back on my chair back I massage my forehead it's stressing me out.

«Spill it Chloeh, I'm busy I have a lot of work»

[Hays, just leave it Xay masyado mo ng napapabayaan ang sarili mo]

I just rolled my eyes, as if she saw what I'm doing.

«Then, spill it. What do you want?»

Hays napabuntong hininga na lang ako dahil alam kong may kailangan ito.

[Let's go out, Xay. Pretty, please]

«I'm busy Chloeh sila Ash na lang ang yayain mo»

Pagkasabi niya nun ay pinatay na niya ang tawag napairap na lang ako kahit kailan talaga ang babaeng yun mapilit akala ko tahimik na ang buhay ko pero di pala.

"Ma'am? Your friend is outside, Should I let them inside ma'am?" napapikit na lang ako hays, talagang 'di ako titigilan ng mga siraulong yun

"Yes, let them in please" sagot ko na lang at napasandal sa swivel chair ko mga ilang minuto pa narinig ko na ang pagbukas ng pinto ng office ko.

"Come with us" sabi ni Ash at umupo sa may sofa ng office ko inirapan ko siya

"Hoy kailan ka pa natutong irapan ako? Aba Xaylaine Klein di uso sayo yan?" reklamo nito hays kahit kailan talaga napa iling iling na lang ako sa inasal niya
