One day James asked why you won't just leave Lucius
"I can't I'm pregnant." You say making James choke on his drink
"What!?" James says and you nod as James continued to stare at you completely shocked
"Yeah I had found out and told Lucius the day they wanted me to get information out of you." You say and James was shocked like you told him your pregnant and he's the father
"I just feel so bad for you." James says and you nod
"I feel bad for myself, Lucius is now tied to my family forever." You say and James wrapped his arms around you start to cry as he hugs you "I hate him so much." You say and James nods as he strokes your hair
'This is my fault isn't it? If we never broke up we'd still be together and she wouldn't be marrying someone she's unhappy with, she wouldn't be having the man she doesn't love's baby.' James thinks as he just holds you as you cry, he just talks in an soothing tone
"I just wish he'd cheat on me so I could leave him, that's the only way." You say and James just strokes your hair trying to calm you down
"Hey it's ok, stress isn't good for the baby so why don't you calm down." James says and you didn't wanna say it, but you've laid awake at night wishing for a miscarriage, you know the pain of it but that's better then having Lucius's kid
"If I could I'd get rid of this or lose it, it'd be better maybe he'd leave me then so I don't have to spend the rest of my life with him." You say and James stopped realizing your saying you want to have a miscarriage "Maybe that pain will make me feel something I just feel so numb." You say and James wanted to kiss you he wanted to say come back to me I'll treat you better
But he knew he couldn't, your parents never liked him so no way they'd move your arranged marriage to him, no matter what convincing he did
'I hate what y/ns life has become she used to smile so much, and laugh and tell jokes, now I don't know if she'll ever genuinely smile like she used to again.'
