I sit down in the couch. Tapos ko na inihanda ang dinner. Nakapagbihis na rin ako. Mixed emotions ang nararamdaman ko. My phone rang. It's him. I answer it immediately.
"I'm outside."
Lumabas na ako. I saw him in the gate. Pinagbuksan na siya ng guard namin. There he is looking so handsome. A bunch of flowers in his right hand and probably a gift box on the left. I approach him.

"Before we start the dinner, let's pray,"my mom suggested. We agreed. She lead the prayer. Pagkatapos, she open up the conversation. This is it!

"Yes madam."
"Tita nalang iho. Anyway, I invited you to know you more. Para makilala ko ang nagpapasaya sa anak ko. Don't worry, it's just simple question. Before that, let's eat. "

"I maybe not the best man for you but I'll make sure I'll be the man who can love you with no regrets."
"Hangin mo? Tigilan mo nga ako."
Umiwas ako ng tingin. But his holding my hand. Bigla nalang lumamig ang paligid. Umakbay siya sa akin. It lessens the cold feeling. Kakaibang init naman ang naramdaman ko.
"Are you okay ma'am," pambasag nito sa katahimikan.
"Oo. okay lang ako."
"Parang hindi kase."
"Nilalamig kasi ako."
Lame excuse. His backhugging me now.
"Your okay now? no cold feeling," he ask me.
Wala na ngang lamig pero parang natuod ako sa yakap niya. Parang kakaiba lagi ang pakiramdam pag nagkakadikit kami.
"Sir, ano, may paiimbestigahan Sana ako kung okay lang. She's threatening me for so many days."
Napabitaw ito sa akin. Pinaharap niya ako.
"What? then your not telling me or your family? You can always ask my help."
"Kaya nga humihingi ng tulong sayo. His always referring to Anton guy. I don't know him."
"Anton? May number ka doon sa tumatawag sayo?"
"Meron. I have screen shot and sound recording. Nasa taas kasi yung phone ko"
"Okay. Forward mo sa akin mamaya. Don't worry. Pag nalaman natin ang kung sino siya we will file a case para magtanda. A reminder too, don't hesitate to tell me. "
Nagdesisyon na siyang umuwi pagkatapos ng ilang oras. It's late already. May trabaho pa kasi ito. Nagpaalam na ito sa akin. I went upstairs and drop myself on the bed. This day is great. Sana tuloy-tuloy na.
