7/The waitress

Michaels POV
It had been a week since I've last seen Tess and its Starting to bother me. She doesn't answer her calls or texts, is she Okay? I just want to be able to hear her voice again, i really miss her and theres nothing i can do about it but just be patient. I have no clue where she lives so in the meantime, im waiting.

At the moment i was with Ashton, while Luke and Calum went to the gym. I swear they just get pizza because i doubt they will be working out, they are too lazy.
"Michael are you okay? You seem really pale, like paler than usual" Ashton asked me, sitting down next to me in the living room.
"Yeh, I just miss Tess" I sighed as i looked down at my hands. He was right, i was really pale.
"How long has it been since you've drank blood?" Ashton said just like he remembered something.
"Uhh, a couple of weeks? Not since ive meet Tess" I said quietly, making sure Ashton didn't hear because i knew he would have a go at me. Ashton's the one who gets the blood, not human but animal. I wouldn't dare to drink a humans blood, it's disgusting.

"Thats why you're so pale!" He screamed in my ear, making me jump as he got up, running to the kitchen. Came back with a container, i knew what it was but i didn't want it. I wasn't hungry.
"Im not drinking it" I snaped as i turned my head away from him like a little kid.
"Not if we order pizza?" He said, laughing as i snapped my head towards him and nodded with excitement. He knew what would make me happy and im glad for that, otherwise id be dead.

I stared nervously at my phone as i sat down in a booth, waiting to order food. Once the boys came back from apparently going to the gym, note my sarcasm, we decided to go to pizza hut as ashton promised me and we were all hungry. Tess still hadn't text me back and I'm starting to worry about her. She normally texts back seconds later but this time its been a week and still no reply. Ill wait one more day before ill do something, look for her.

"Dude!" Calum shouted from across the table, snapping me back into reality.
"What" I asked confused as i looked around. All the boys were staring at me, waiting for an answer.
"What pizza?" Luke said impatiently, tapping his foot under the table which was starting to annoy me.
"Uhhh, Hawaiian" I said just before the waiter came over to take our orders.

"Welcome to Pizza hut, can i take your order" The waitress said as she looked at her notepad, not even bothering to look at us. She had her red hair in front of her face so we couldn't see her, it was very strange.
"Can we have a Hawaiian, pepperoni and Cheese Pizza please" Ashton said excitedly as she nodded and wrote the orders down.
"Is that large?" She said, lifting up her head so we could finally see her. Both of our mouths dropped when we saw each other, gosh i missed her.
"Tess!" I shouted as i quickly got up from the booth and hugged her, tight.
"I missed you" She said as she hugged me back.
"I missed you too"

When we pulled away, i noticed she had a bruise on her neck, very big and noticeable.
"Whats that?" I asked suspiciously as i pointed to the bruise, making her quickly cover her neck.
"Uh nothing. So how have you been?" She said nervously, changing the subject. She was avoiding it.

"Tell me" I said sternly as the manager came over to check on Tess.
"Is something wrong?" He asked me as he walked over and looked at me. He probably heard me shouting, i wont blame him for thinking i was going to murder somebody.
"Everything's okay Marshall, nothing to worry about" Tess said with a fake smile as she tried to get him to go away. I could tell she didn't like him.

Marshall nodded and walked back into the staff room, leaving me with Tess again.
"Look ill explain everything later. Come to mine in 3 hours." She said eagerly as she handed me a piece of paper with an address scribbled on it, hers i assume. I nodded unsurely as she gave me a half smile and walked away.
