Michaels POV
"What do u think you're doing" Clary said sternly as she and Brendon walked up to me, leaving Tess completely embarrassed behind.

"Uhh, sunbathing" I said, looking up at her whilst she put her hand on her hip and stared at me.

"No, you were staring at us. What gives you the right to treat Tess how you did then act like you care by staring!" She shouted, making me look down.

"Its not my fault! That text was for a reason and -" I started to say but Brendon cut me off.

"Dont try and explain when you have hurt her feelings. Shes been laying in bed since your text" He spat at me but i mumbled something underneath my breath.

"Me too" I said quietly so they couldnt hear.

"What did you say?" She questioned as her face lightened. I just shook my head and stood up. I was taller than her so i looked down at her before talking.

"Look, can you just tell Tess that im sorry and that i didnt want it to end like it did. I never meant to hurt her feelings but i didnt just hurt hers, i hurt mine too. Im just sorry okay" I started to cry as i just walked away, leaving them completely shock.

Clarys POV

Michael felt the same way as Tess did? I thought as he walked away from us. Standing there, i just look at Brendon beside me and we both knew there was more to the story.

"Uhh, i should go" I said to the boys, earning a nod from Ashton. Before Brendon could answer, i ran off towards Tess who was still very embarrassed and upset. As i sat down next to her, i heard a shout from Brendon but i ignored him, we needed girl time.

"What happened" Tess asked as she bit her lip.
"I spoke to michael, well argued and he said some things that changed my mind on him." I half smiled as i thought back to what he said.

"Dont try and explain when you have hurt her feelings. Shes been laying in bed since your text" Brendon spat at Michael as he mumbled something under his breath. He thought nobody heard him but i did.

"Me too"

I knew there was more to it than we know. Tess and Michael are both clearly upset and that wasn't right. That text wasn't meant to be send, well not by Michael anyway. I could tell that he really liked her, i knew she liked him back but i don't know if they both realised what each other felt. Tess has had trouble with boys and i don't want her to risk it again. I don't know the whole story of their relationship but whatever has happened between them, I'm going to fix it. For Tessies sake.

"Clary?" Tess asked as i was cut out of my thoughts, making me look at Tess.
"Yeh" I replied, noticing the worried look on her face.
"Do you think Michael will ever talk to me again" She quietly said as she looked down, nervously playing with the sand.

"I dont know. He did say he was really sorry and that he never meant to hurt you, it wasnt his fault. Michael feels hurt as well and that what i dont get" I said while Tess just nodded, listening to what i had to say.

"Ill have to think about it and maybe i will accept his apology. Michael has hurt me so much and i dont think i can forgive him." She cried while i hugged her.

"It will be okay" I hushed her as she continued to cry. Once we let go, we started to chat about how Michael was acting and possible reasons why he sent that text. Soon after she got up, making me have a puzzled expression.

"Coming for a swim?" She said, making me smile. I was glad she cheered up, otherwise she would repeat what she did before.

Me and Tess both took our shorts off, showing off our bikini that we had underneath. Before i could ask Brendon if he wanted to join, i saw him already in the water with a blonde haired boy. He was cute actually.

"Finished staring at Luke?" Tess nudged me as she laughed, earning a smack from me.

"What was that for" She laughed, making me shake my head as i continued to run to the sea. Tess followed behind me, screaming as the sand was hot making me scream with her. Once we reached the water, we swam towards the boys who were splashing eachother.

"Made new friends" I teased Brendon as i smirked at him, making him smirk back.
"Yes actually" He emphasised, turning his back to me.

"Hi im Luke" The blonde haired boy introduced, as he swam over to me, smiling.
"Clary. Nice to meet you Luke" I said nervously, smiling. He was attractive.

"So i seen youve met my brother. Thats bad luck" I teased which made Brendon swim towards me.

"Im not that bad" He pouted which caused me to ruffle his wet hair. As he squatted my hand away, i noticed Tess wasnt talking.

"You okay Tess?" I questioned as i swam towards her, noticing she looked unhappy again.
"No not really" She huffed as she looked at me, i could tell it was because of Michael.

"Yanno, Michael will talk to you again. Just ask him why he sent that text and maybe you will realise that theres more to the story" I said as i half smiled. Tess just sighed and nodded.

"You playing?" Brendon shouted which made me turn around and give him a questioned look.
"What?" I said confusedly.
"Tag? In the water... Duh" He said sassily as he tagged Luke. Another boy swam over and started to play whom i didnt know the name of. He was pretty hot too. Why are Michaels friends all really cute?

I looked over at him and he smiled, making me smile back. I thought he was swimming over to introduce himself but he tagged me as he laughed and swam away. I gave him an angry look but laughed when i saw him back away.

"Tess you playing?" i asked her as she swam up beside me, whispering in my ear.
"Thats Calum if you wanna know" She whispered, making me nod as i tagged her.

"Hey!" She shouted but i quickly swam away to where the boys were.

After about an hour at the Beach, we decided to head home as it was getting dark. We all said bye to Luke and Calum but not Ashton or Michael because we couldnt find them. They were probably talking from when Michael walked away from us but it didnt matter, we would hopefully see them again anyway.

At the moment, Brendon, Tess and me were all eating a pizza that we ordered 10 mintues ago while we chatted about what we would do tomorrow.

"I have work guys" Tess sighed in response to Brendons suggestion, which was a party.

"Come on Tess, you haven't been to a party in ages." I moaned while she just frowned.

"Fine ill go. Who's party is it anyway" She asked, making me and Brendon smile.

"Do you know Alex and Daniel?" Brendon asked Tess which made her think.

"The 2 annoying boys at the last party?" She asked making me nod.

"They kept asking for my number" Brendon blurted out as he turned bright red. Me and Tess started to laugh which caused Brendon to cross his arms and pout.

"Its not funny guys" He said but ended up laughing with us.

"whyd they ask for your number" Tess asked.

"I dunno, they were drunk though" He shrugged before continuing our conversation.

"So what times the party" I asked which made Brendon think.
"Well it starts at 8 but I'll probably get there at 9"
