"Oh, what did we miss?" Natasha asks, as her and Bruce enter in to grab a plate of pancakes. Steve was sitting at the table, with a bag of ice to his cheek. Loki is standing by  the doorway, looking at me with thirst in his eyes, like he wants to have sex with me, right there, in front of everyone.

I look away for a second and then look back to Loki, who is trying to sneak away, and take you with him. You are tempted. His emerald eyes are burning with desire and he is giving you his mischievous smile.

Thor has his hands behind his back, smirking, he knows, as he paces in the kitchen. "Oh, nothing, Natasha. Come grab some breakfast. We all are done eating." I respond, as I begin to pick up the breakfast plates and take them to the sink, to pre-rinse, for the dishwasher.

"Hmm, doesn't seem like nothing," Natasha jokes, as she studies the room. "I don't want to talk about it," Steve responds irritated, as he looks down at the table, with disappointment. He will not make eye contact with anyone. I understand he is embarrassed, hurt, and confused.

Bruce looks around at everyone with confusion, "Well, this is awkward. I'm going to just eat my pancakes now." He says, as he grabs his plate, just wanting to avoid this entire situation.

Natasha comes up to you, acting like she is cleaning the dishes, as well, she nudges you gently and whisper, "Hey, if you need to talk, let me know. I saw the storm earlier and I know it was you. If you ever need me, you know you can always come to me. I know with Bruce and I dating, I am not always around, but don't you dare for a second think I am not here for you. We still haven't caught up about how you feel about Steve, from how he was acting yesterday." She winks at me and gives me a quick tight hug.

"Thanks, you have no idea." I try to smile, but the confusion I feel within myself is becoming overwhelming.

"You got this honey," she smiles again. "Just make sure you are happy." She whispers, as she turns to grab her plate to make her pancake tower. She then heads to the table and sits next to Banner, who is already eating and reading another report, on his tablet.

After a few more minutes of prewashing the dishes, I turn around to look to see if Loki, Steve, and Thor were in the room and I find that Loki hasn't dropped looking at me, Thor is watching Loki with a smirk, and Steve still hasn't raised his head.

This is so awkward.

I turn back around and finish placing the the plates in the dishwasher. Once the dishes are loaded, I dry my hands and turn to the team.

"Well, I am going to get ready for the day. Steve, I'll meet you at 1PM for training. Thank you, for the pancakes, they were delicious." I sigh, looking at Steve.

Steve looks up, with some hope in his eyes, "That sounds like a plan. I'll see you then." He smiles, as he continues to hold the ice against his cheek. Steve had received a cut on his lip and bruise on his cheek.

The way he looks at you, you can feel his confusion, hope, and vulnerability.

"Well, brother, how about we go back to your room," Thor says, as he comes up to Loki and grabs his arm. Thor's smirk hasn't left his face.

"What? No, let's do something." Loki whines, as they turn to walk down the hallway.

I turn back to the sink draining the soapy water, I just used to prewash the dishes. I gasp, as I feel Steve coming behind me to hug me. His arms tightly hold me. I can feel every inch of his muscles and the power of his confidence.

"I'm sorry for my actions, Y/N." He whispers, in your ear, as his lips rub against your ear. You instantly get chills.

He has never held you this way before. The way he is holding you from behind and placing his face to yours, you can feel the desire he has for you. You can feel his strong arms tighten around you and his hard muscular chest rock against your back. He wants you.
