Finding Happiness

Chapter Four

Third Person's POV:

Everyone in the Romano family was doing everything they can to find Clarissa. They wanted to follow her but she hasn't been on a fight or a race for two weeks and they were wondering why since she used to do it on a daily basis.

While the family were busy looking for Clarissa. She was busy trying to clean the brand new wounds that were formed on her body. She was sure that her healing dislocated shoulder was out of its place again, and she couldn't see Alex or ask him for help again because she had no energy to even move out of the mattress after the men he brought home the day before.

Clarissa was dying to get up and leave but she couldn't even walk, they practically were pulling her soul out of her body and Clarissa didn't forget to take the pills before and after they left knowing that she didn't wanna carry those monsters' child.

Clarissa hoped that Alex was still going on with his plan about knowing if they are her real family or not.

Alex, on the other hand, was trying to reach Clarissa trying to tell her that they are her real family but he couldn't and he was so worried thinking something bad happened to her, he called her multiple times but she wouldn't answer until he got a message from her. He grabbed the phone quickly like a madman and when he opened the message his heart stopped.

Clarissa managed to type a message to Alex before passing out.
Clarissa: Alex I need help Im dying please come by hes not at home if I dont make it take care of my business and tell my family that I love them and that I looked for them the whole time please bring someone with you he might be home when you come so dont come unprepared if the romanos are really my family tell them to come with you they are a very powerful family I love you Alex thanks for taking care of me for the last 6 years please tell your parents that im grateful for everything theyve done they were the family figures in my life.

Alex was shaking when he finished the message, he immediately went to his dad's office telling him to give him the Romano's number. His dad figured that something bad might've happened and he immediately gave him Alfonso's number.
When he answered he immediately told him what's happening while going to his car.
Alex: Mr Romano, I'm Santiago's son. Clarissa is my best friend and she needs our help right now, I'm gonna send you the address please bring back up just in case. I'm on my way over there, and I'm sorry for what you're gonna witness.
And he hung up.

Alfonso was in shock he didn't even notice all his sons and wide around him asking questions until his wife yelled for everyone to shut up. He snapped out of it and told them to follow him. He put the address on the GPS and drove to the location with his wife in the passenger seat.

Clarissa was already losing a lot of blood and she knew when she texted Lex that it might be the last time she does.

The brothers were so confused, they didn't know what was happening but followed their father knowing that it's serious since it made him cry.

Alex arrived with his men at Clarissa's house, he pushed the door open and looked around the house for Clarissa but when he opened the basement door he was frozen, the sight in front of him was so bad that he felt his heartbreak. He couldn't move seeing his sister that he never had like that was so heartbreaking.

He snapped out of his daze when he heard loud footsteps echoing through the broken place.

The whole family entered the basement and they immediately broke. Alex ran in and carried Clarissa out of the bloodied worn-out mattress.
Everyone followed Alex out crying and sobbing their hearts out knowing the sister they missed has gone through hell and back.

Dante checked Clarissa's pulse and was shocked when he felt nothing. He immediately stopped Alex from moving and they put her down on the floor, Dante started compressions breaking her already broken ribs. Dante cried for the first time in years seeing his sister this way.
While Antonio the one that barely talks was yelling at his sister to start breathing and to wake up and come back to them.
