"positivity looks good on you"

Gyeoul woke up with back pain, she fell asleep the night before sitting down in front of her desk. Her laptop was in sleep mode, papers were everywhere, a couple of her notebooks on the floor—her room was a mess.

Looking at her phone in panic, she looks at the time that said 10:27. She stood up immediately and fixed her stuff, reminding herself that she'd finish up her projects later. She takes a quick look around for her sticky notes, writing down a to-do list.

1. Fix my room

2. Finish the activities I was doing last night

3. Show mum what I accomplished

4. Fix my schedule!!!

She halted writing when she realised she was forgetting something. Quickly, she turned her laptop on to check her notes, which were on her desktop. She found their bucket list on top which had something in store for her today.

2. Museum. Sunoo wants to go to a museum.

Slapping her forehead, she realised she was supposed to go to the museum early today, solely for the reason of wanting to avoid as many people who will be coming to the museum today.

She went back to finish her to-do list and decided that she'd go after lunch instead, knowing she'll never make it there early at this point anyway.

Ringing came from the laptop. She lifted her hand towards the laptop to accept the call, knowing who it was already.

Sunoo's face filled the screen. Smiling, he waves enthusiastically.

"MORNING!" he loudly says.

"Hey Sunoo. Why are you so lou- wait, nevermind. You're always loud."

"Of course! Now why are you in a grinch mood?"

"Wait! I know! You forgot to finish your work last night and you just woke up and now you still look like a mess!" he teased.

"Whatever... Anyway, why'd you call?" she said, dismissing his tease, not in the mood to bicker with the boy who always has too much energy stored in his body every morning.

"Well, you told me yesterday you'd be early to the museum but seeing as you're still a mess-"

"HEY! OK, I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME YOU SAID IT," Gyeoul bursted, while Sunoo sat at the other end of the screen, laughing.

" I JUST WOKE UP, LEAVE ME ALONE."

"Okay, okay. Jeez, I was just teasing."

"So what's the schedule, bestie?"

Rolling her eyes, she looked at the time then the post-it under her hand, she replied:

"I'll finish up an essay for literature then I'll be on my way to the museum."

"Ahh, okay! I'll leave you be then. Text me later okay?"

"Mhm. Talk to you later, bye!"

Picking up her notebooks that were everywhere, she put it in her storage box and came back to her chair to finish her literature essay.
