Gyeoul was just lying in bed, hoping to not fall asleep.

How ironic. Most people would be wishing to fall asleep but at the moment, Gyeoul dreaded it.

The nightmares continue to haunt her every night when she sleeps and once she wakes up at an ungodly hour, there is no falling back to sleep.

She tried to sleep in the early hours of the morning but though her eyes felt droopy and somewhat hard to open as if she was on the verge of falling asleep, it was never enough to get her to rest.

Weeks have passed and still she lies in her bed every night hoping for the nightmare to stop coming.

And until it does, she will be awake at night, completely destroying her normal body clock.

She almost jumped out of her bed after feeling a buzz from her pocket, now awakened from her deep thoughts, she opened her phone to check what almost made her fall out of bed.

Chuckling at her clumsiness and how she's still currently dangling off the bed from when she was frightened a few moments ago, she unknowingly smiled upon seeing the messages of her neighbor whom she started to be fond of these past few weeks. Her worries over her nightmares were already forgotten at the moment.

He distracted her from her thoughts and she was grateful for it, she'd rather socialise with her neighbor than be deep down her intrusive thoughts.
