"I can't believe you disposed of those vampires without me," Rebekah spoke

"I can't believe you disposed of those vampires without me," Rebekah spoke. "You know how I love to set things on fire"

"Was I supposed to leave them in the front yard to rot?" Klaus replied. "Besides, they were my responsibility. They attacked the helpless, pregnant girl who's carrying my child"

"Helpless, pregnant who's carrying his child, reporting for duty" Syrah spoke sarcastically. "Dick," She whispered into his ear.

"Inside of you?" Klaus whispered back, causing her to smack her hand on his chest.

"Oh, I am so moved by your newfound sense of fatherly duty towards the girl carrying your hybrid bun in her oven," Rebekah noted sarcastically after hearing what her brother said. Klaus let out a laugh as Rebekah noticed he was being happier than usual.

"The helpless, pregnant girl's best friend would like to know what the plan is" Hayley spoke walking towards the three with a book hugging her chest.

"Well, that depends what plan you mean, love" Klaus answered, swinging his hand over Syrah's shoulders before she pushed them off. "My plan for global domination or Rebekah's plan to find love in a cruel, cruel world" He added. Rebekah shot him a sarcastic smile before using her vamp speed to throw a pencil at him, which of course, he caught.

"The plan to rescue Elijah," Hayley corrected. "You know, the good brother, the one who is now in the possession of your mortal enemy after you stabbed him in the back"

"In the front, if we're being specific," Klaus grinned as Syrah shot him an angry look.

"You two said that you would get him back," Hayley lectured. "So is there a plan, or what?"

"Okay," Klaus sighed, signaling the three girls to follow him into the living room. "Well firstly, Marcel is not my mortal enemy. He's my friend, albeit one who is unaware that I'm trying to sabotage his hold over the supernatural community of the French Quarter, but a friend nonetheless" He smiled, with his feet up on the desk of the chair he was sitting on as Syrah and Hayley leaned against the doorframe, Rebekah standing independently.

"Not psychopathic at all," Syrah uttered sarcastically.

"And secondly, I daggered Elijah in order to gain Marcel's trust" Klaus continued. "If I had known he would place my brother in the hands of a particularly nasty teenage witch, I certainly would have weighed my options a bit differently. And thirdly, Sister, please" He gestured.

"And thirdly, the plan, as you have demanded, is for Niklaus to simply ask Marcel for Elijah back" Rebekah added. Syrah looked over to Klaus who smirked and shrugged his shoulders.

"That's not the whole plan is it?" Hayley asked worriedly.

"Oh, please" Rebekah chuckled. "Klaus may be a miserable excuse for a sibling, but there is none more diabolical"
