"Syrah are you sure you're okay?" Hayley asked the brunette.Syrah smiled. "I'm fine. You don't have to treat me like a baby" She took a sip of her warm water.
"I know, I just- I shouldn't have left you."
"Stop it. Now, let's go see what's happening downstairs" Syrah smiled, hopping out of bed and walking down the staircase.
"You can't go out there now." Sophie Deveraux exclaimed. "I need to gather the witches' remains and consecrate them. If I don't get to them before sundown, we lose the link to their magic"
"Those witches tried to kill Syrah" Klaus pointed to the brunette by the chair. "I prefer for Marcel's informant not to find anything that would lead him back to us, to her, or to, you know that" He points to Syrah's stomach.
"You are all class," Hayley stated, sipping her coffee.
Klaus's eyes fluttered to Syrah for a moment. "Stay put and save the rest of the story 'til I return." He added before rushing out of the house.
"I'm gonna go sleep," Hayley spoke before running up the stairs. Soon enough everyone left, leaving Syrah alone and bored.
She put on her shoes and walked out of the house and vamp-sped to the cemetery where she was once held captive.
"What the hell?" Sophie exclaimed as Syrah smiled at her. "You're not supposed to be here"
"You're going out there anyway aren't you?" Syrah spoke, noticing Sophie hurriedly pack herbs and magical things into a backpack. "I wanna go with you,"
Sophie scoffed, hearing the girl's demand. "No, thanks. Already got assaulted by Klaus this morning. Don't need a repeat"
Syrah clenched her jaw. "What if whatever was responsible for all those dead witches is still out there? We've already established it likes me and hates witches, So you'll be safer with me"
"Sorry if I'm not buying your sudden concern for my safety" Sophie added before trying to walk out. Syrah's hand flew up, blocking her way.
"The whole reason I came to this stupid town in the first place was for my best friend. She's looking for her family and at the moment she's exhausted so I'm helping her. Your sister told me and Hayley that Marcel ran the werewolves out of the quarter and into the bayou. And last night, I'm very sure a freaking guardian angel wolf saved me." Syrah took a breather. "So, I'm coming with you."
"Could you two be more idiotic?" Rebekah's voice rang through their eyes, turning around to find the blonde. Sophie and Syrah both let out a sigh. "Two can play the follow game, you? You heard Klaus. He and Marcel are heading right where you're going"
Syrah wrapped her fingers together in irritation. "So distract them. Because unless you wanna lock a hormonal, pregnant hybrid in a tomb, I'm coming with you" She turned her head to the witch. "And wouldn't Elijah be mad if he hears that the baby and I died of asphyxiation"
