Sakusa continued to look after Y/n while waiting for that person to come, he then suddenly heard the doorbell and almost immediately rushed over to the door. He puts on his mask then finally opening the door to reveal...

A raven haired girl

"Where is she? is she okay why'd you call me here in the first place?" the raven-haired girl trudges in

"Mizuki chill she's fine, I'm taking care of her I just need to talk about something" Sakusa closes the door and follows Mizuki in

Mizuki is Y/n's very close cousin who Sakusa also coincidentally knew. She was a third-year meaning she was only a year older than Sakusa and Y/n, Mizuki knew Y/n well enough that she'd found out about the illness she had before anyone else knew yet remained quiet not wanting to force anything onto her, Mizuki is the manager for Inarzarki so coincidently Sakusa met her there and got to know her than finding out that Y/n and her were cousins. because Mizuki and Y/n were close, Sakusa was hoping that she could help sort out his feelings. he had many options (many as in 2) to choose from, he had Komori and Yumi but decided to think outside the box and choose Mizuki.

"Wait before we talk or do anything I want food" Mizuki sets her stuff down and turns around facing Kiyoomi

"Got any?" she stares Sakusa dead in the eyes

"In the microwave, there's pizza in there" he points

"Thank you, good sir" Mizuki scurries away into the kitchen

Sakusa just sighs and rolls his eyes making his way onto the couch 'She acts like such a child yet she's a third year' he thought

can't blame her though...it's food

"So why am I here?" Mizuki comes into the living room with 2 pizza's

"I need help with sorting out my feelings Y/n" he says in a monotone

"oooooh mate has a crush?" she teases sitting down on the couch getting herself comfortable

Sakusa still wasn't sure if he does like Y/n after only meeting her this school year, although the two made memories together. but why does it matter if they only met this school year? too soon? too early? would it be weird if he confessed this early? whos he kidding Y/n was the one who confessed early on, she's also the one who caught feelings first so...why does it matter again?

"I wouldn't say crush" he scoffed

"But you literally called me here to help figure out your feelings for her," she says while eating her pizza

Sakusa looked at her in disgust and rolls his eyes, "Don't eat with your mouth open that's disgusting, and I don't even know where to start with sorting them out" he deflates into the couch

Mizuki gives him a dull look and puts her pizza down on the coffee table in front of them, "Ask yourself this..."

Sakusa looks over at her just to be met with her dark brown eyes, "what makes you attracted to her? it's literally such an easy question" she leans back, crossing her legs and arms

Sakusa's face made the (-_-) face thinking that the question was stupid but then it hit him, he never actually thought about it. he never thought about why he was attracted to her, he only thought about what was on the surface of her bubbly self. he stayed quiet thinking about the things that suddenly made him attracted to her, while Mizuki watched him going into deep thought finishing up her pizza.

"I'll say this now, don't force yourself to like her. it would be meaningless to her if you forced yourself to like her instead of genuinely like her." she gets up and stretches "I'll give you time alone, where's Y/n I'll check up on her" Sakusa points upstairs and Mizuki goes skipping ahead

'Did I really just try to force myself to figure my feelings out to like her?' he thought it seemed pretty low of him too, thinking back at the question...what DID attract him to her? he liked that she was bubbly, a bit much at times, smart, but there had to be more to that. it was all so frustrating for him.

someone abruptly interrupted his thoughts "SAKUSA CALL THE AMBULANCE NOW Y/N'S HEART IS BEATING FAST AND THE THORNS IN HER ARM SEEM MORE VISIBLE" he stood up and immediately stood and ran upstairs looking at Mizuki having a worried look on her face, his eyes led to a sweating and distressed Y/n

"HURRY UP DON'T JUST STAND THERE!" Mizuki screams worried for her loving cousin

he quickly got his phone out and dialed the number

"HELLO YES I-UH NEED AN AMBULANCE NOW PLEASE"
