"I haven't seen Hideya since he left the house yesterday" – Keisuke said inside him as he sighs "Today is the first day I will be returning back to school, I don't know what to expect"

"Good morning, Kei-kun!" – Saki greeted "Shall we go to school together?"

He reluctantly nods his head. The more they get near to their school the more the nervousness increase in Keisuke.

"What should I expect? Do they still remember what happened?" – he ponders.

As they enter the school premises.

"Hey, isn't that Nakahara?" "Yes" "What did he do all this time?" "Where was he all this time?"

Everyone talks about Keisuke being back to school again but none of the stories is about what happened on his birthday.

"Vice president!" – shouted the secretary of the student council who also apparently has a crush on him, she's a third-year student and Shohei's classmate.

"H-hey!"

Everyone welcomes him as if nothing happens.

"This is weird, none of them is talking about what happened" – he whispered.

The day went well like it the way they use to be.

Later that day.

"I'll be going home now" – said Saki "I believe that you have a student council meeting"

"Y-yes"

Keisuke slowly walks towards the student council office, still shocked at how the students act as if nothing happened. To get to the office, he needs to pass the library where he and Hideya used to have their tutoring class.

He let out a disappointed sigh "Oh yeah, I'm not his tutor anymore. I guess I'm not gonna see him today then"

He continues to walk pass the library when someone suddenly grabs his arms, pulling him into one of the rooms in the building. Keisuke tried to free himself only to see it's Hideya.

"What are you doing?!" – the ginger huffed.

"We just see each other again and that's how you greet me" – the brunette pouted as he sat down on one of the tables of the Science lab.

"Well it's not nice to grab someone like that out of nowhere, you scared the life out of me" – Keisuke notices that Hideya is not in his usual cheery mood "What's wrong?"

"I just want to apologize"

"For what?"

"For shoving you last time, I thought when you said that you will make things clear with her meaning you will tell to her everything but I understand if you didn't because you have an image that you need to maintain" - he elaborated with a remorseful tone.

Keisuke shook his head "It's alright, I just can't afford to lose her as a friend like that"

"What exactly did the two of you talked about that night?" – he asked while tinkering the test tubes and other laboratory materials in the table that he is sitting on.

The ginger prince hesitates to answer "W-well, she thought that the reason why I said all of those to you that night is that I was confuse, I couldn't tell her" – Keisuke explained with the next words in a low tone "And also... she said that she will not give up on me"

"I don't have the right to tell you to avoid her cause I know she's your friend" – Hideya slowly clearing the table by putting everything to one side.
