Lesson11: Returning back

Days later both Hideya and Keisuke were discharged from the hospital.

"Where are we going again?" – Keisuke asked, bewildered why they are on an outskirt place.

"I want you to meet someone" – Hideya answered while holding hands with the ginger, his right hand is still in a cast but most of the bandages around his head are gone.

Keisuke tilted his head "Someone?"

"You said you wanted to know my past so the best place to start is where I grew up" – Hideya smiles.

They stop in front of what seems to be a flower shop with a sign 'Dazai's flower shop' written in a swirly English alphabet with flower accents on it. There they sell flowers like roses, peonies, sunflowers, chrysanthemums, and many more.

The brunette makes a deep breath "We're here"

"And here is where?" – the ginger asked.

"Aren't you listening to me, this is where I grew up"

Not long when a middle-aged woman emerges from the back of the shop and greeted them.

"Hideya you didn't say you will visit here today" – she said.

"I'm sorry mother, I just recently got out from the hospital... again" – he answered.

"Mother? This woman is his mother?" – Keisuke whispered inside him as he looks at the middle-aged lady who wears plain white shirt and blue jeans. She has a short dark hair in bob cut with straight bangs.

"Got into trouble again? I wonder what is it this time" – said his mother as he looks at her son's cast.

"Wow, she's reacting to Hideya's injuries like it's a normal thing" ­– the ginger thought.

Loud noise can be heard coming from the stairs as someone is running down, it's his younger sister.

"Big brother!" – she shouted.

"Ayako, baby sister" – he greeted as he hugs the young girl with almost similar ginger to brown hair with Keisuke and has grey eye color.

"You have a younger sister?" – Keisuke uttered as he didn't expect what he is seeing.

"Yes" – Hideya smiles "Ayako why don't you introduce yourself"

The little girl hides behind his big brother.

Her big brother steps back and said "Come on"

The young girl sheepishly look at the ginger male as she introduces herself "My name is Ayako Dazai, I just turned five last year and Hideya is my big brother" – she said "Nice to meet you"

The ginger blushes on how cute the young girl is "I'm Keisuke Nakahara, nice to meet you too Ayako" – he smiles "So your turning six this year?"

Ayako nodded and bravely respond "You look so beautiful, you look like a girl" – that made Keisuke to jolt back and blushes even more while Hideya burst out a loud laugh.

"Ayako, that's not very nice" – said her mother "I'm sorry" – she said to Keisuke.

"I-It's alright" – he said and smiles "I'm used to being mistaken as a girl anyway" – he whispered.

"Don't worry I have the same impression when I first saw him" - the brunette teases which gains a glare from the ginger.

At the second floor just above the shop, Mrs. Kyoko Dazai, Hideya's mother prepared some refreshments and snacks for her guests.

"I see, so you're my son's schoolmate?" – she said while putting out all the food on the coffee table.
