It was Graduation Day. Finally! The whole class went all out and bought outfits for today. Including Damian. But unlike some of them, Marinette made hers and Damian's by hand.

They were now all at the after party enjoying themselves. Well all but the Daminette couple. They were over at the park enjoying the alone time away from all the excitement inside...plus, Damian had a surprise for Marinette.
They both sat down on one of the benches and stared up at the moonlit sky. Damian took this opportunity to get himself ready for what he was about to do. His hand made its way into his pocket and pulled out a small box.
He stood up and kneeled down on one knee in front of the girl. Her eyes widened at the sight of what the box contained. It was beautiful, magnificent. (That's just my opinion. I really like the ring)

Damian: I know it hasn't been that long, but it felt like it was. I am the luckiest person in the world to have met someone, an Angel like yourself. I know the wedding...well the forced marriage wasn't what you, nor I had expected but...I'm glad. It brought us together and I don't know where we would be today without that ever happening. Marinette Dupain-Cheng, will you making me the happiest man in the entire universe and marry me, for real this time?
The boy looked closer to see the girl's eyes flooding with tears about to burst. He started to panic.
Damian: I'm sorry. Was it the ring? Maybe it wasn't the best timing....I understand? uhh....
Marinette: *hands covering her face* yes....Yes..Yes...I will. My answer is yes. *sniff* I'm sorry. Once I saw it I couldn't help but cry. *sniff* It's just that...I'm so happy right now.

He lifted her left hand (Did I really need to mention which? It's kinda obvious...) and placed the ring on her ring finger. A perfect fit.
Marinette: It's breathtaking. I love it. But you really didn't need to go all out.
Damian: What's the point of being a billionaire if you don't use the money?
