*Regulus' POV*
"So you're dating then" I asked. It was the first time I'd spoken to anyone other than Sirius and Sunny, so I guess everyone was surprised.
"Yes, we're dating, I guess" Remus replied after he got over the shock of me speaking.
"I'm going to the bathroom" I fibbed, I was going to listen at the door. I left the room.
"Did he just speak" asked James, shocked.
"I think so" said Peter
"Guys, of course he spoke, he's just scared of messing up" Sirius explained. Of course Sirius thought he knew, I don't talk because I'm not even supposed to be here.
"How come he talks to Sunny all the time" James asked. I didn't know the answer to that one myself, Sunny just had this way of getting me to open up.
"I dunno, I've never seen him get on with anyone like that" Sirius said. Sirius was right, I'd never felt like this before.
They were quiet for a while.
"Unless, no, surely not" said Sirius puzzled.
"What" asked Peter
"Well, isn't it possible that, Regulus has a crush" whispered Sirius.
Is that what this was? Is that why my heart beat at 100 miles per hour when she held my hand?
"Well, it's possible I suppose" said James.
"Why are you so doubtful" Remus asked.
"Because she's a muggle-born, Mother would kill him just for speaking to Sunny" Sirius hissed.
And that's why I can't have a crush on Sooriyamala. Because she's a muggle-born, because of stupid blood status. Because I belong to the noble and most ancient house of Black.
I came back into the bedroom my cheeks burning.
"You were listening at the door weren't you" asked Sirius
"No" I replied stubbornly.
"Reggie, I know you, I know what you were doing, I could tell" Sirius said glaring at me.
"Ok fine, so what" I snapped
"That's a bit rude Reggie" Sirius pointed out
"So is talking behind someone's back" I argued.
"So, do you like Sunny" Sirius asked me
"How should I know, just piss off" I snapped at Sirius. I then left the house, Sunny was going to meet me for a walk in the forest again. I was quite a bit excited. Sunny LN really is something.
