*Dumbledore's POV*
An owl arrived tapping on my window at midnight. It belonged to Lyall Lupin. I opened the letter, it read:
To Professor Dumbledore,
I hate to bother you during the school holidays, but this is very important. My sister Sooriyamala Rose L/N, who will soon be eleven started showing signs of magic. A week ago, when aggravated, she managed to conjure a cloud which rained on myself. However, yesterday, she was being friendly teased by Regulus Black, and she drenched him. When I later inquired how she drenched Regulus, she demonstrated and passed out in the process. We then went to St Mungo's where she miraculously recovered. I was wondering if you would please meet us as I'm sure you would agree, this is not normal.
Sincerely,
Y/N  Y/M/N  L/N.
Very strange. I would have to meet both L/N children and any witnesses. I had a hunch of the cause of young Sooriyamala's outstanding magical outbursts, I just hoped I was wrong.

Well, the full story was very interesting. My hunch was correct. Regulus Black had unknowingly revived the girl. It was because of an ancient magic. Love.
Regulus Black and Sunny L/N were soul mates. They have a magical connection, because of this, when Regulus' tear landed on Sunny's arm it awakened that magic.
Sunny's extremely advanced magic however I cannot explain. I have never heard of someone her age being able to control their magic. All I knew was that this small girl knew power even I did not. This girl would easily become the most talented witch ever to live.
I decided not to tell the children anything about the soul mates. Heck, they were between eleven and fourteen. Although Regulus Black definitely has a thing for Sunny. I decided only to say that Sunny may attend Hogwarts this year, and that her power is unusually advanced. The rest could wait until they were older.
