A Glitch Away From Home

Chapter 7: A Raging Turtle

Anti awoke in a cold sweat, he thought he was going to but late be he remembered that it was the weekend. Yesterday was Friday. Anti sighed and looked around the shed not seeing Apple.
"They must of went off to go do something-" Anti thought standing up and stretched, he got a different pair of clothes on and left some food and water out for Apple in the dish he got them and walked out of the shed seeing it wasn't that bright out.
"Must be really early or really late." Anti thought and started to walk around town, maybe he could find something to do besides just stay in the shed.
After a while of walking he saw that kid he fought, Dark and the kid with blue hair and crying ink Anti never caught their name though. Dark looked in the direction Anti was and a small smile formed

"Hello Anti" He said facing Anti's direction causing the other kid to look his way.

"Um Hi Dark and kid I've never caught a name"

"It's Blank." He responded causing Anti to snap his fingers to make finger guns.

"Alright anyway what are you up to? Thought that.. Melon man got you" Dark said cupping his hands together.

"You would want that wouldn't you?" Anti spat back at Dark.

"Hey now no need to get so hostile, I was just trying to make small talk"

Blank just sat there like a child who was stuck inbeween their parents arugements.
"Well nice running into you two both I'll see you at school and I'll see you for around two Dark" Anti said before getting his ass out of there quickly.

A quick pov a switch to Dark and Blanks convo

"That was funny" Dark said starting to walk again.

"H-How was that funny? You'd done pissed him off!" Blank said walking up next to Dark.

"So? What's the bitch gonna do kill me? Doubt it"

"I'm not pressing that X button man for that Doubt" Blank responded as the two walked to some shops.

"Well I guess I am then" Dark said while looking at the shops.
"Want some Ice cream?"

Blank nodded and the two went to get some.

Back to Anti!

Anti mumbled to himself as he kicked a rock around. "Heyyy not need to get hostile my ass"
He soon found Marvin and Jackie at the park and very reluctantly went over to say hi.
"Hey guys um-" Anti started before Marvin turned away from him. This made Anti pissed more than he was.

"Okay. I don't know what the deal is with you and it's pissing me off. Just tell me what is wrong with me?"
Marvin doesn't answer.

"Maybe he's just upset about you fighting and all" Jackie answered.

"If that was it then why did he get mad at me for just wanting the money for basic things but he assumes 'Oh because the green haired bitch isn't doing what I want I'm going to throw a hissy fit untill I get my way and the greened hair bitch is a druggie because they just want the money' is that what I'm gathering?"

Marvin slowly turned back around to face Anti. "Yes. That is my point."

Anti let out a laugh. It confused the two that sat in front of him.

"What is so funny?" Jackie asked, concerned for Anti.

"I come here for a better life and maybe new friends and the two I did try to make friends with. One ended up stabbing me in the back!" He let out a scoff and threw his hands in the air.

"I'll see you all at school." And with that Anti left again leaving the two concerned and worried for the kid.

Anti walked back to the woods and into the King's area and started punching trees out of frustration. After a bit he got another visit from The King of Squirrels.

"You pissed again?" He asked landing by Anti who ignored King.

"Why are you here again? I thought you got everything fixed?"
That made Anti laugh a bit.

"Yeah I totally did! Of course fucking not they all hate me! They think I'm all some sick joke!"

He punched the tree again causing his hand to start bleeding.
"Great! Just great!" His voice was bitter and very sarcastic.

"Here come with me" King said holding a hand out for Anti.

"Why should I go with you?"

King sighed and rolled his eyes slightly.

"Just come on I have things to clean that at my house"

Anti reluctantly agreed and took King's hand and the two was launched up into the trees and landed on a wooden balcony. It was a big ass tree house.

"So. Do you just live up here by yourself?"

King nodded and walked inside, Anti followed behind and the place looked amazing. It looked like a lot of the place was carved out from the tree to make an home.

"Here we go now let's get this patched up" King said gently grabbing Anti's hand and putting some cleaning goop on his hand and wrapped it up.

"Thanks.." Anti mumbled a bit as he looked at his hand.

"No problem man" King answered and put the extra bandages and goop into a medkit.

"Hey. King was it?"

"Yep how did you know?" He made a fake gasp causing Anti to laugh a bit.

"Melon man told me. But I have a question"

"Well what's your question"

Anti scratched his arm for a moment.
"It's just that, you have been really nice to me and for why? Like you let me chill the fuck the first time we met and now you're patching me up.. Like what for?"

King thought for a moment before speaking.
"Hm. Well, you've had it rough I can tell. So I figured why not share some kindness to a stranger in need. Plus I couldn't just let you stay near Melon man! It can get very angry at people not fun for anyone"

Anti nodded and a smile grew on his face.

"Well. I thank you for that as well. Also knowing me I would of let this get infected and that wouldn't be good for me"

"Yea not at all"

The two bonded until it was getting really dark out. The two had said their goodbyes as Anti climbed down slowly from the tree house and made his way quickly out of the forest and into the town part. The lights had an orange glow that casted onto the nearby buildings. He made his way to his shed to find Apple walking to the shed as well.
"Fancy seeing you here"
He giggled quietly as he walked into the shed and held the door opened for Apple to follow closely behind and made their spot onto the small table. Closing the door the two checked in for the night awaiting what chaos will happen next.
