I never really showed a Charles Toppat design and mostly everyone has made one.
So here.
The color scheme was heavily inspired by MintyFrosty, back with her old design for Charles and his jacket.
I also thought that orange would fit him well...
As for the veil, the backstory for that his different.
The design was supposed to be used for an RHMG AU or Right Hand Man Green AU.
It was supposed to be used for another route within a headcanon, (It was also used in the early days when Rhmg didn't have an official design or story for Gadget Gabe.)
I was going to have Charles "Brainwashed" or "Rebelling" against the government as a secret Toppat named "The Orange Haired/Veiled Toppat"
At first they thought the Toppat was a woman, since the veil was mistaken for women hair. However as time went on, they realized that the "hair" was a veil.
Also the design for that AU didnt have Charles' headphones.
I will work on the Alternative "Rhmg" AU, since the creator doesn't really have the energy to continue the story at the moment.
