"Alright, here." Danny brought a second mask to my face. "So you keep another one?" I snickered as he kept them like spare clothes. "Yeah! They're not gonna sell these anymore regarding the murders that surround the mask, it's just disrespectful. So you gotta prepare for anything." Danny sorted my hair out for me.

I put it in my backpack along with the knives. Since he lived down the rich part of Mentetwin, we had to get a cab down there, of course we couldn't walk. I would've drove us but people could see my registration and it'd be a loud entrance, however with the cab, we were getting it to a completely different road, only a block away. No tracking please and thank you.

"It's here, come on." I gestured to Danny. We were only in black, no sketchy clothing though. To look like simple young adults we wore black jeans, random shirts I managed to find at the thrift shop and black hoodies.

"Hi, Dawson Street please." I opened the car door and Danny did the same for the other side. "Alright." The man nodded and played with his beard. Still don't understand how guys can have those. I strapped myself in and my accomplice did so too. "You guys from St. Joseph's college?" He looked at us in the rearview. "Yeah." Perfect. "What do you study?" "I'm doing photography and he's doing business." I played it off, pointing to the camera around my neck. "Wow, that's great." Danny just acted as if he was shy the entire time, I assume the guy rides for college kids a lot.

"Thank you." I handed him five dollars. "Have a nice night." Danny smiled as we grabbed our things and walked over to another row of houses and out of sight, seemingly entering one. "Great." I smirked. "This is gonna be great!" I jumped with glee. "Now we just gotta walk a little and we'll have reached our destination."

The houses started to get larger and fancier and Danny and I were in an alley getting into our 'uniforms'. I adjusted my mask and we continued our trek. "Ok, it's the next house on the left, go through the back way."

We had snuck around the back yard. "Distract him, I'll find a way in." I crept along the back porch, quiet as a leaf hitting the grass in autumn. Danny nodded and proceeded to cause a ruckus around the guy's fancy shed, staying hidden even to me.

Hold on... wait. Did this just become ten times easier for me? It did. This man had just opened the door. What was he gonna do now. "Goddamn raccoons." Roger sighed, I was sort of star struck by him, him being a TV star and all but I stayed focused. He looked around and I stayed crouched behind a bin. He started to cautiously approach the shed, it being too dark to see what was in his hand. I managed to get inside the house, hiding under a countertop. I peered through the kitchen window to see Danny giving me a sign where he punched his palm lightly. This signal meant 'distraction' in our made up murdering signs. I looked over the counter top and spotted a glass bowl. I went down back to my original crouching position. Without hesitation, I knocked the bowl onto the fancy marble floor from the granite countertop. I flinched slightly at the sudden sound and fast footsteps came towards where I was, the kitchen. Shit. I was genuinely scared. His legs were right where the bowl had fallen and he hadn't spotted me. "Who's there?!" He looked down to where I was and grinned. "You scrawny little rat! Who do you think you are-"

BONK!

He fell right where I was and luckily I had darted out of the way just in time. I hit my head on the corner of the counter while doing so. Why is it always my head? Ouch. "Y/n, are you alright?" He looked down at me. "I hope so, probably concussed by now but it's ok." I rubbed my head softly through the hood and laughed. "I'll tie him up, sit this one out." He grabbed the hefty man by the arms and started dragging him. I stood up slowly and leaned on the counter, sighing deeply. I looked out into the garden and into the night, somehow the darkness comforted me. The things that lurk in there aren't all that bad, Danny has proved. I hope he sticks by me forever. Always forever.

"Y/n. You ok? Is your head woozy? If so I can get it over with and we can leave." He snapped me from my trance. "Uh, yeah I'm ok, just thinking." I smiled through the mask, hoping he would understand the gesture beneath the plastic. "Ok, come on we need to wake him up and kill him."

"Wakey, wakey!"

The man's eyes shot open and he squinted, adjusting. A moment had passed and he squirmed in the dining chair he was restrained to. His eyes filled with rage, a roar of spite ripped out from his chest. "Who the hell are you!?" "Take my money... please." He sobbed, like a man baby. "Who am I? I don't know, you tell me." Danny abruptly removed his mask, in hatred.

TW: asshole.  :)

Roger's face turned from baffled to a shit eating set of perfect pearly teeth. "Well, if it isn't Danny boy! What a pansy!" He cackled. "Shut up!" My partner stuffed a rag into his mouth and unsheathed his knife. Roger's eyes widened and his squirming rapidly increased. "Cry, pig, cry." He sunk the knife deep into his groin. Weeps of pain were muffled by the cloth. He spat it out halfway through, we had less and less time the more noise he made. "You're a failure, Danny! You're just a broken little boy! No one loves you-"

SLIT.

A bloody fountain.

Danny's eyes averted to me, astounded as the gargling noises faded quickly, his face splattered with blood. "Sweetheart." The tension caused by all the horrible things the man was saying melted away as his eyes returned back to their normal softness. I did too for a second before I remembered the scarce amount of time we had left.

I finished the job, stabbing away a few more times as normal and snapping pictures, to show it was definitely a Ghostface victim.

"We're leaving, come on."
