the bell rings and i don't bother going to my locker, i try to avoid Soyeon so that we don't have to awkwardly run into one another.
I know it seemed like i didn't mind when she told me about lunch, but it hurt me a little. But i'm also happy i didn't try to hangout with them, i feel worse when i'm around people who are completely unlike me.
I walk straight out of the school. I take out my earphones and plug it into my phone then I listen to my music, k-r&b hits different today.
i hear my name being called but it's muffled, so i ignore it.
a hand grabs my shoulder, causing me to turn around.
it's Soyeon. i take off one earbud.
I look at her with a plain look, waiting for her to speak.
she opens her mouth as if she's going to say something but then she hesitates.
"u-um... don't forget to text jungwon for me tonight." she then looked at me and forced a smile.
i wonder what she was going to say.
i nod then continue to walk home alone, again.
she stands behind frozen in guilt, watching as i walk away.
i take out the keys from my zipup hoodie then unlock the door to my house.
"i'm home." i yell to an empty house.
i then run upstairs and drop my backpack and remove my zipup hoodie.
i unplug my earphones and throw it on my bed side table and then jump on my bed.
I turn on my phone.
