Dedicated to @LisianeFreitas Here's a take on pregnant Annabeth

3RD PERSON POV (PERCABETH AGE 24):

Annabeth's hands shook as she held onto the white plastic material. A pregnancy test. She and Percy had been trying for almost two years, ever since quarantine had started, and they had no luck, it wasn't the first time she'd taken a test, hell no, she'd been taking them ever since her first scare at the age of nineteen, she'd been so terrified. All of the tests she'd taken had come back negative, wether she wanted them to, like her nineteen year old self did, or wether she didn't.
She tried hard not to lift her hopes up, the last thing she wanted was for Percy to come home and find her crying over a negative test for the thousandth time.
Part of her wondered if it was her fault, she had never wanted children until she and Percy talked about it after Tartarus, that was when she started to warm up to the idea, thinking that it could be her something permanent, her something to look forward to. But it still hadn't come. It was irrational, she knew that, but her head had been filled with irrational thoughts throughout the past two years. She feared she would never be able to give Percy what he wanted.
Ever since they were kids Percy talked about how he would love to be a dad, she felt bad, like it was her selfish childish self that was keeping him from having what he had always wanted.
She took a deep breath. "It doesn't matter. It's okay, wether it's positive or negative." Annabeth whispered, cursing as her eyes burned at the very thought of seeing another negative. She'd gotten them in all different ways, sometimes it was a single line, or 'negative' written in a black simple font, or a negative sign.
She turned the test over, shutting her eyes tightly before opening them slowly.
"Positive +"
She turned the other three tests around, swallowing with difficulty.
"Positive"
"+"
"//"
She made a slightly choked sound, tears now freely falling down her cheeks.
She rested her hand on the lower part of her stomach, she couldn't see any difference neither could she feel anything different, but she'd never been so happy.
Her smile was genuine, filled with love, just like the small being inside her.
"Hey! I'm home!" Percy's deep voice rang through their apartment in New Rome.
She swallowed, wiping her cheeks, gathering the tests before walking out of the small bathroom next to the living room and hugging him tight, wrapping her arms and legs around him, not caring that he let his work bag fall to the floor as he held onto her, without a clue of what was happening.
"Hey darling." His voice was quiet, sweet, already trying to make her feel better because of the 'negative'. "It's okay."
She shook her head against his collarbone, letting him go, smiling from ear to ear.
He frowned at her, hands cupping her cheeks. "What happened, Wise Girl?"
She smiled, tears falling down her cheeks again, as she held up the tests for him to see. "We're having a baby." She whispered, looking into his eyes. "You're going to be a dad. We did it."
His lips trembled, she could practically see the gears turning in his head. "Annabeth."
His shoulders shook and his eyes teared quickly, tears falling down quickly. "Annabeth." His voice broke in the end of the sentence.
"Oh, love." She said, biting her lip to keep from grinning as she held him close to her. She'd seen him cry before. Of course she had, but this was so different. He was shaking in her arms, mumbling her name over and over.
"Thank you." He mumbled, hugging her tight, before kneeling down and pressing his forehead and his nose against her stomach. "Thank you so much."
She frowned, vision blurry as she pushed his hair away from his forehead, giving it a gentle kiss. "Why are you thanking me, sweetheart?"
He put his hands on her stomach, fingertips resting against her hipbones. "For giving me what I wanted."
She smiled at him as he kissed her stomach with adoration. "Anything for you, my love. Absolutely anything for you."

That was 730 words, I'll post a part two. Hope you have a good day/night, love you!
