3RD PERSON POV:

Sally got home exhausted, once again she had been working late with no extra payment, however, she couldn't get fired, she had a kid to feed now.
She carefully tiptoed into her son's room, the baby slept peacefully, dressed in his green footie pajamas.
"Hi Percy." She whispered, sitting down next to him, reaching a hand to hold her son's through the wooden bars of the crib. "I missed you so much."
Sometimes she felt bad, she felt like she needed Percy more than he needed her. It was selfish, and she was aware. But he was the only family she had and he was the only thing that proved that Poseidon actually had been with her, she felt so stupid about the whole thing, he was a God, it was obvious that she'd fall in love and get her heart broken, but no one had ever cared for her like that before, then again, no one had ever cared for her in any way, not since her parents died.
She couldn't leave Percy alone, she loved him so much...
"Mama." The baby stirred in the crib, blinking his eye open, the sea green shade amazing her once again, as he made grabby motions with his hands.
"Hi baby." She cooed, picking him up gently and bouncing him a little, it was crazy how two years ago she would have hated to have a baby so young and now he was the love of her life. "Did mama wake you up? I'm sorry sweetie."
His little hand tugged hard on her tank top as he cried in anger, lips pouting.
She laughed. "So I guess I didn't wake you up."
As she sat down in the chair of her son's small room, his head covering her chest as he ate, she ran her index finger up and down the baby's chubby cheek. "Yeah... there's nowhere else I'd rather be."
