15. Mommy!

"Binnie! Binnie! Uncle Binnie!" the toddler jumped in excitement when he heard the sound of the opening door and ran to greet the adults. Together with Kkami, who was chewing on his squeaky toy on the sofa, Yeji followed the boy.

Hyunjin let Changbin in first and watched with a soft smile as his son hugged his leg. Changbin chuckled at the action and patted his fluffy locks. "Hi, Seokie."

Minseok lifted his big sparkling eyes to Changbin's face and threw his hands in the air. "Binnie, up!"

Changbin glanced at Hyunjin, who only shrugged with an amused expression, and hesitantly lifted the toddler. Minseok giggled joyfully and pecked his cheek.

"Oh?" Changbin muttered in shock mixed with abashment.

"Daddy says that if you love someone you give them a kiss! I love uncle Binnie!" the boy explained proudly. "Uncle Binnie, can you be my mommy?"

"Mo-mommy?" Changbin's voice cracked in surprise.

"Uh-huh!" Minseok nodded his head energetically. "Cause you are really pretty and nice and you play with me... oh, and daddy likes you!" he counted and stared at the adult with expectant eyes.

Not knowing how to react to the kid's request, Changbin chuckled awkwardly. "O-of course."

The toddler's eyes dilated and he squealed in pure joy. "Yeppi! Mommy mommy!"

To say that Changbin was dying out of embarrassment would be an understatement. He was far beyond that point.

As if on cue, Hyunjin took the boy from his arms. "Okay, baby I think it's enough. Let's go wash our hands and then eat dinner, hm?"

The boy nodded and hugged his father's neck. He then looked in the direction of Changbin and tilted his head like a puppy.

"Mommy, aren't you coming?"

"Y-yes," Changbin replied with a stutter and hurried after the two.

"Ahh, oppa looks like a beet-root," Yeji sing-songed trying to contain her laughter.
